Diana was magnificent, she repaired a couple of zips but was also able to create an outfit for my dog from a T-shirt and and used another dog suit I had as a template -really excellent work!

Diane is my gaurdian angel!! She saved my wedding dress!! I had been messed around and lied to, back more than 6 times for alterations from the shop i bought my wedding dress. With 3 weeks left until my wedding, in distress, and a 12hr return road trip for each fitting I made a mercy call into Stylish Stitch. With just one fitting and in just one week Diane fixed all the ‘alterations’ that had not been done properly and added the final alterations that had not even been started in the 5 months the other shop had my dress. I cannot recommend Diane highly enough!! She has turned what was a highly distressing and emotional process into one of pure elation!! Thank you thank you thank you so much!!! 100% happy bride!!!

Diana is lovely and very knowledgeable, I got two dresses tailored/altered as they were baggy on my bust and we identified that there was also gaping on the low cut back. Diana was friendly and professional and explained to me as she was pinning everything how she would achieve the desired outcome. Very happy with the quality of the alterations, unnoticeable and much better fitting now, thank you again Diana.

Diana is an expert dress-maker, my wedding dress alterations were perfect. My dress had multiple layers and I needed the hem brought up. She unpicked and re-stitched the delicate lace around the hem too, it was fantastic work. In fact, she made my dress look even better on me than I ever thought it could! Not to mention completely replacing the zip 3 days before my wedding because it broke! She is absolutely amazing, so if you need alterations go see Diana.

My daughter needed alterations done to her formal dress (a strapless, full length ballgown). We went to Stylish Stitch based on the positive reviews and she exceeded our expectations.We walked in off the street and Diana graciously pinned and measured the hem and bodice straight away. My daughter also wanted to alter the straight neckline of the bodice and add straps. Diana listened to my daughter's ideas and concerns, offered suggestions and reassured her about not needing straps because the dress would fit so much better once altered. She agreed to altering the neckline into a sweetheart shape.When discussing the quote, Diana explained why she was charging what she did and promised to have it ready within the week.When we came back to pick up the dress, it fitted perfectly and the smile on my daughter's face was priceless - it was exactly as she had imagined and wanted.My daughter already looked beautiful but Diana's alterations helped her feel beautiful and confident as well.The whole process was so easy from start to finish. I had my formal dress altered and it was done perfectly! Great price & I am beyond happy with the outcome of the dress. When I was getting it measured she triple checked that it was at the length I wanted it. Great experience, we will definitely be coming back!

Diana’s service was above & beyond, extremely accomodation and very well priced.Currently 29 weeks pregnant & my bridesmaid dress was almost too small. Brilliant job on Altering a couple of dresses. I had the back completely removed on one of them, it was multiple layers pale blue lace and she did a Supurb job. So brilliant and willing to work through any issues and come up with a result. The other dress was repairing fragile seams on a vintage piece. Highly recommend.
