Assisted by Jack who is still has his “L” plates. Can not fault his fantastic customer service. He helped set up home internet for us and was very clear with what was included in the service we were purchasing and he anticipated questions we might have and answered them for us. Thoroughly recommend seeing him for any assistance even though he is still learning his role as his service was flawless. Thanks so much Jack! You made our visit easy as!

I visited this store after my phone faulted and would no longer turn on. I was assisted by Jack, who was super accommodating and took extra time to explain my entitlements and future billing whilst promptly setting up my new phone. The store manager Hunter too, was extremely welcoming and explained the processes and so forth to elevate any stress regarding payments. In an industry which I perceive has many ins and outs, my experience with these two guys was honest and customer-,focused which I couldn't be more grateful for. Thank you!

Well, how fantastic is Tessa!I come in to swap from Optus, I had an appoint somewhere else in an hour. Tessa told me that's not a problem we did everything we could in the hour I came back and everything was sorted. Her product knowledge was excellent and service with a smile is not something you get very often in Hedland. Thank you very much, Tessa, an best of luck on your maternity leave.

Been going to the store for 2 and a half years now. Always provided with great customer service. Can't fault them what so ever apart from not picking up the phone & not being able to get a new phone INSTORE during the Covid scare months
