I can highly recommend Ben Hanson from MGA insurance Group, he is very responsive and he actively educates his clients about his service and the products. I have personally placed a range of insurance through Ben. The advantage of having a broker is that they act in your best interests and actively manage claims for you which is less stressful than managing a claim direct with the insurance company yourself.

I've used MGA for my office for at least two years and have also referred clients based on my own positive experience. I've heard nothing but positive feedback. They move quickly and they get me better prices -couldn't ask for more. I especially liked getting tips from Ben - he's a cheeky one.I was surprised to read a one star review on here so I clicked on the bloke's profile. Says he's in America. Also, his comment suggests to me that he's never used them. MGA are insurance brokers, not insurers. Hmmm. Sort it out google.

We received a very late email on the 22/1 that MGA had stopped renewing our landlord policy (which expired on the 1st Dec) because they cannot make money. They left us (a long paying customer) without coverage and informed us 3 weeks after the fact via email. No support and no help. They have been uncontactable since. DONT TRUST THEM. They are a bunch of scammers and horrible to deal with!!!!
