Wilston Vet

Dr Kate is a lovely and empathetic vet with great bedside manner! We transferred our beloved dog’s care to Wilston from another local vet a few years ago and are so happy with our decision. A vet’s job is super hard and stressful but Kate always treats us with care and takes time to explain all procedures, no matter how small. Thank you, Kate!

Honestly, this is the BEST vet. The level of care they show for your pet is genuine. My vet was Sabrina, she was so knowledgeable and was patient with me to explain my pups diagnosis. I have since gone to emergency for my pup and everything she said was verified by a surgeon and doctor there. I will come here forever and have recommended it to my friends. Donna was also someone who called me to check in on both my dog and me (probably in worse shape). Such amazing people here! I am so grateful to you all and so is Vena!

We took our new Greyhound, Alice, to Wilston Vet for her first vet visit. Dr Anna and Michael were brilliant with Alice. The whole experience was wonderful. The whole team were so kind and generous. They all took such great care of Alice, gave us honest and upfront information on required treatments and options. We did not feel like we were being over sold at any time, and pricing was very reasonable! Thank you so much Wilston Vets!

Wilston Vet is hands down the best vet I have ever visited. Every time I have been there over the last 2 years, the staff have been delightful. They all appear to have a genuine interest in each pet (taking time to refer to them by name and check in on how they’re going etc). They also spend time letting pets get settled and calmed, rather than rushing you through. After our first visit, they sent us the cutest magnet with a photo of our cat - it has a prize spot on our fridge! I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Wilston Vet what can I say, absolutely amazing place with caring compassionate staff and always very professional. You can always tell a fantastic practice by the way your animals are treated and the staff genuinely love their jobs. This shows every time I’ve been there. Well done to management being able to cultivate such a strong happy team it’s not something that’s always easy to achieve. I always feel happy and confident when our dogs are in your care! Well done keep up the good work!

Such a wonderful vet. My dog was going there for the last 5 yrs roughly and everyone from the receptionist to the veterinarian were beautiful and always made a fuss of her. She has now passed but I will always remember how helpful and kind they were to her. Thank you for everything

The vet is professional and provides a good quality service. The cost is a little bit inflated but I think you get what you pay for. The vets I’ve come across seem very passionate and committed and really can’t be faulted. The support and front end staff are friendly and provide a genuine and caring service. The pet groomer however is honestly one of the worst I’ve come across. They completely shaved my dog without discussing before hand or calling to let me know which was disappointing and distressing and then were completely dismissive when I politely raised concerns about this after the groom as though me asking why my dog had been completely shaved without first consulting me about doing that was an inconvenience. I love my dog regardless but it’s concerning to have your animal treated like this which to me seems unprofessional from a good vet clinic without first consulting the owner. I won’t be going back because of this which is unfortunate. The vet themselves are good however and if not for this experience I’d recommend the vet themselves.

The people at Wilston vet went above and beyond when looking after my toy breed Chihuahua Casper when getting dental work done they communicated with me very well and I felt absolutely confident in leaving him with them. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would
