Really mixed experience. We dealt with Hass at the store who was just lovely, he remembered us from a couple of visits, made sure we got a good price, really kind, lovely person.Then we had to push delivery of furniture back by a week and the man on the phone told me they would sell our furniture we had waited a couple of month for to someone else which was a bit awful.Then the men who delivered the furniture were extremely creepy……made me extremely uncomfortable. They rang and demanded cash, they were unhappy I didn’t have cash because the text message Nick Scali sent said I could pay for delivery with card. They spoke to each other in a different language which is fine but then they asked me if I knew what they were saying, I told them I didn’t, they told me they were telling each other how much they loved each other. They were obviously joking at my expense in my home….then they asked me how much my house cost, I said I didn’t know because I felt uncomfortable, then they told me I could sit on my couch and “count my money”….he muttered this as he walked away.It was all pretty awful, especially when I had been friendly when they arrived asking them how their day was, getting them cups of cold water. I eventually just went quiet hoping they would leave soon and stop making me feel scared. They tried to overcharge me for delivery, joking that it was because they were such great delivery men. I refused and only paid how much the text message and how much Hass had told me to pay. I was scared they might force the issue.As a female taking delivery of the furniture I wouldn’t advise doing it alone, I would advise having someone else with you to feel safe.So, Hass as a salesperson was awesome, phone assistance was awful and rude, delivery of furniture was truly awful, uncomfortable and a bit scary.I don’t think I would purchase from Nick Scali the company again unfortunately, this was my first and last experience.

amazing service at this store especially from the boys at front Has and Andrew, overall helped us out with our problems and was also able to find us some good furniture that was able to suit our living room.

Wish I could give them 0 starts. If you are after false promises, ridiculous delays and the worst customer service - go to this place. We are never going to set foot in any of their stores ever again. There is a FB group called “False lead times and broken promises” with over 960 members/customers who are experiencing same issues as me. Save yourself time and money and go elsewhere.

I love nick scali furniture I bought copper sofa range and 6 years on still in great condition.I love that you can shop around at your own leisure with little huddle or interference from sales assistance.

Read reviews before buying!! What you see in store is not the quality you get delivered. I had to wait another 3 months for a replacement it was so bad. But now they have my money they don't care. After sales service will never call you back even if you speak to a manager, they are just as unprofessional. If you want to wait at home all day for your item not to be delivered on the confirmed day but then randomly delivered twice at times you never confirmed, then Nick scali is for you. I wish I could give less than 1 star. I love the standard reply they have given every bad review on this site...there must be so many bad reviews they can't keep up and need a template..haha!

Customer service: great.Product : greatAfter sales service: abysmal.The wait from November to May to get a lounge was awful. Did they contact us? Maybe once. After many phone calls from our side we found out the delays. Not even an offer of free delivery because of problems on their side. I think we'll only buy from their outlet store at Campbelltown from now on. At least you know when you'll get your goods. PS a generic 'I'm sorry to hear your concern' reply to this review really doesn't cut it and is very much in line with the lack of response to our phone calls

I purchased 1x3 seat and 2x2.5 seat lounges and 10 chairs, whilst I had plenty in the bank for our renovation I asked Daniel if they offer a similar product to Harvey Norman (interest free for 60 months) his answer was YES!!!!We signed up only to find it's 23.99% interest, the bloke (Daniel wouldn't know his arse from his elbow) is totally incompetent and denied serving us yet his name was on the docket. I appreciate that buyer beware however he assured us of the interest free facility. The manager Hassan was nice and very helpful however the service, lack of product knowledge and after sales service will have us never to step in their shop ever again. Very disappointed, not as they are the only furniture shop around, it's no wonder that their is hardly anyone ever in the Casula store - good by and good luck.I paid out the HUMM90 facility after 2 months as the thought of paying 23.99% interest is ridiculous.

Customer service is absolutely abysmal. I have been round in circles trying to have a TV unit delivered with the correct screws and material to set it up, and there is no solution in sight. I've had to take 4 days of unpaid work off just to be home for this delivery (because they keep stuffing you around), only for it to arrive and be incorrect. I asked the dispatch manager, so will I have to take ANOTHER day off work for you to deliver the correct item?". His response

I placed 2x orders with Huss, a lovely salesman, very gentle and well-spoken. Total was paid on the day and I was advised on delivery day, I’d have to pay for delivery fee only. That all went well, we received the order and a few months later I received countless emails demanding $300 and explanation was not provided. After chasing them for almost 3 weeks, they advised the $300 was not paid on the initial payment (I still don’t know how), they sent 3x emails saying if I didn’t make the payment in 7 days, they’d engage a debt collector, I contacted their accounts team and they refuse over the phone transaction. The whole setup is a joke, and your after service is ridiculous. We are definitely not coming back to any of your stores. Jokers

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOURWe booked a dining table and paid the deposit and then before delivery they gave the dining table to someone else. Whats the point of paying the deposit if they cant hold the item?We booked it in July so we can get the delivery in time but now have to buy from some other company and wait for a month.Do not recommend Nick Scali to anyone.
