Ballast Point Architecture and Construction
Double Bay Sailing Club operates from a National Trust listed building that is suspended on piles over water. Ballast Point coordinates all our maintenance and capital works, using their own skilled tradespeople for most of the work. They have done some quite complex carpentry and joinery work for us, delivering a high quality finish and low tolerances. We highly recommend the services of Ballast Point.
