Cleanster- The Cleaning Monster

I had a very bad experience with them. They came for carpet cleaning and carpet wasn’t clean at all. I gave them a call and the guy who came for cleaning said you were at the property when i left so may be thats why carpet isn’t clean. Are you serious?? I would made a whole mess again just to ask you to come for cleaning again??? I had before and after pictures as well but he gave his phone to the lady who said she is Sam’s Manager and she spoke to me and she was very rude with me. I told her that this isn’t way to talk to your customers. I’m been working in customer services from last 8 years and i had a worst customer service experience with that lady. The way she spoke to me I couldn’t take it and i said learn some antiquates and then run a business. I never call them back. I asked someone else for cleaning again and he gave me best results. I wasted my money with these cleanster monsters. very disappointed and rude. Will never recommend anyone unless someone wants to waster his/her money.

What absolutely terrible service! They arrived 2 hours late, we had to negotiate for them to clean the outside of our sliding doors (even though the promised us they would do everything). They broke an attachment in the shower and did not tell us until we figured it out ourselves. Mary and her team ended up doing a poor job that our agent was not happy. They only offered to come back to the property over a week later which was not good enough so had to pay for another cleaner to come out. Absolute waste of money and time. Not professional at all.
