I’m disappointed as we have used this chemist for years.I’ve taken 2 prescriptions in to filled for my husbands cancer medication and got told he can’t do it as it’s too many hoops to jump.In times like this you need the locals to look after you.Unhappy customer

Our family has been using the chemist for years, am extremely disappointed with my service over the weekend. I went in requesting eye drops as I had conjunctivitis in one eye, I was denied as he thought I was fine. I came in the following day again requesting the eye drops as I now had it in both eyes. After grabbing my much needed eye drops, I requested a doctors note due to obvious safety concerns working with machinery & my 166km round trip. I was told it was against policy & they can't just hand out sick notes. Am absolutely appalled! Would not recommend to anyone, after years of loyal service, not impressed.

Went there to get a prescription for Ventolin they said i can only have one because they have no more stock. But they are clearly visible on display. She should just say they are saving them so everyone can get one during the virus and not lie straight to my face. The 1 star is not because only got one its because she lied to me.
