So happy with Micky the Pharmacist. Went to numerous chemist's to get a script filled. Was in very short supply or unavailable. That was until I tried Terry White Pacific Pines. Staff were exceptionally helpful and recieved medication. Thank you so much.

Just came in to grab a script and while waiting I was looking at La Roche- Posay skincare, a lovely lady named Tina came over and offered to help before going on her lunch break - she was AMAZING and really took the time to explain which products would be good / bad for my skin! She was such a great help, definitely recommend talking to her if you need help with that brand :)

Terrywhite pacific pines is the best pharmacy I have ever been to. I would recommend Sue to anyone who is in need of a good pharmacist and speak Korean. When I have had questions regarding my medicine or vaccination, I have always received a fast and helpful answer. She is incredible and super friendly!

Like too many in the community, this pharmacy needs some training in non-visible disability. As a regular customer with multiple chronic health issues, including MS, picking up scripts here is difficult due to the fact that they have removed all of the seating within sight of the script counter. When I asked where I could sit to wait the other day, I was very rudely pointed to the back of the chemist by a young Customer service person. I have been coming to this chemist for a decade. I get all my scripts here and allied health products, is it too much to ask to be able to sit and wait? Do I have to always send my husband from now on and have my access to the community further restricted? They are often extremely busy and I cannot stand for a long period. This doesn't feel good people. I know you all after all this time, and we ALL have bad days and have been through a tough couple of years. A chair isn't much to ask for surely?

Thank you particularly to sue who is so knowledgeable and friendly. I had some questions regarding my medication and she was able to answer my questions in an efficient way.

Got my flu vaccine from Sue. She was very kind and gentle didn’t hurt at all! 10/10 recommend especially if you’re nervous about needles. Ladies at the counter were very kind and helpful too and took the time to look after us even through a rush hour.

I have been to this chemist 3 times purely for convenience as my daughter attends school in pac pines, and 3 times I have walked out in disgust.Pharmacist was rude stating ‘well we aren’t chemist warehouse’ when asking if they price match (they wanted $39 for my medication and any other chemist $19.40) then there is the blonde lady who’s name should be Karen because she has a serious chip on her shoulder, as I called out for help 3 times and then she casually turns around ‘are you in line for assistance’ - there was no line, I was the only one in there - and I said to her ‘why is everyone so rude in here?!’ To which I received ‘oh we’re not rude at all’ in a tone lower than your parents when you’ve done something wrong.You lost a $130 sale for perfume today, because of her & the attitude of your other staff. I don’t know how you’ve been going as long as you have but I guess safety net/Health care & pension cards just go here as it’s cheap anyway. DO BETTER.

Without a doubt the worst and rudest staff my partner and I have come across.. the blonde older lady here is so un welcoming , and the pharmacist on numerous occasions has been unprofessional
