A picture says 1000 words. This pizza costs us $32 - the ingredients weren't even cooked properly. No wonder they call it 'Ciao Bella' cos they'll never be seeing us again.

The waitress was really kind to our toddler who was running around a lot. The pizza was fantastic, really yummy crust and toppings. Would love to come back.

Cant not book online. Have to call the restaurant for booking. We are hoping to go in around 7pm but apparently that timeframe is unavailable. So we booked for 6:30pm. While we are dining, the restaurant doesn’t to be busy at all during 7-8pm there are still plenty of empty table. Really not sure why we cant come in at 7pm. Service is ok. Food are yum but not as what we expected. As we had been to so many wood fire pizza restaurants and they are much better dough and taste. However, considering the surrounding options. This would only be the good pizza around this area. Pasta was delicious, great Italian wins and cocktails.

Fantastic find. They took a late booking of 9. Staff very friendly on arrival and sat us down promptly. We ordered pizzas to share and were not disappointed. Super thin and everyone of them packed delicious flavours. Stocked great local wines and the usual beers. We're happy to obliged withy managing birthday cake that we bought ourselves for a very reasonable charge. I'll be back to try some of the specials that were on the board.

Wow, what a disappointing evening. Having accidentally knocked over an empty wine glass whilst pouring wine for others (yes our fault), we were concerned that shards of glass may well have gone into a small entree side salad opposite. We asked the waitress if it might be possible to get another small salad rather than potentially ingest glass & we were advised that no it wasn't possible & that we had been the ones to break the glass! Gee thanks for the concern! Then having ordered 2 entree servings of Calamari as well as 2 main course servings of Calamari we were surprised to find 4 serves gradually arrived all of the same size that we assumed were just entrees, as they weren't that large. No, they had mistakenly served 4 main serves but wouldn't charge us the extra. $35 per entree & $42.50 for a main?? - these prices weren't apparent from the menu as they weren't listed - only MP.To top it all off for our temerity in asking & being surprised at the answers to the above we were treated very poorly by our original waitress who practically threw the bill onto our table at the end. On complaining to the manager at her rudeness through much of our dinner he of course wouldn't hear of it.We won't be back but wish others a better experience than we received

I ready don’t like to leave bad reviews and sport that I can’t go over 1 start.Went there after diner for a desert tonight 11/6/2022.(4 People )Blond lady wasn’t Freddy at all and we didn’t feel welcome.Anyway, they said they have 3 special Italian cake which actually been baked in Italy and imported from Italy frozen and they must to try.We order all 3. 1 pistachio and ricotta cake, 1 orange and chocolate cake and one lemon tart. Also order some tea and coffee.Cake were so bad we even could not finish them.pistachio and ricotta cake was below average, lemon tart was average and orange chocolate was awful.Paper-mint tea came in a little cup with a teabags. Cup want even full! So bad for 4$ plus public holiday surcharge.Coffees the same.14$ for each cake for a small pice.Overall want a good experience.+ nothing I can remember- over price- not friendly service- low quality desert- low quality tea and coffeeUnfortunate wasn’t good at all.

We were charged $2 for chilli oil and we just cannot pass this, hence the review.First time was pizza take away. Disappointed.Second time was dine in. Average but felt it was a little better (pizza was bland).Third time was dine in again, when we got charged the $2 for chilli oil. Which is a shame because we were actually enjoying ourselves. While the ambiance and decor are stunning, the service is cold and minimum effort is made to make this place welcoming. You have to choose your pizza carefully, only a few are actually flavourful. And everything is over priced or unfairly charged ($9 sparkling water, $2 chilli oil, approx $35 pizza).

I recently visited an Italian pizza place with my friends and family after a day on the beach and it was an unforgettable experience. The pizza was absolutely delicious, with a perfect crust and fresh ingredients. The red wine was also a standout, complementing the pizza perfectly. We also had some pasta dishes - carbonara- that were cooked to perfection. The service was friendly and attentive. Overall, it was a fantastic dining experience and I highly recommend this Italian pizza place to anyone looking for a delicious meal and a great atmosphere after a great sunny day. Before driving back to the cbd it is a good stop

Very happy, service was great. Asked for a recommendation with wine and they let me try as they had a bottle open which was very kind and they didn't push me to the most expensive bottle. Very knowledgeable on the Italian wines and local olive oil.Food was delish. Calamari to start was cooked perfectly and dressed with a fresh yummy side salad. For main we had a spaghetti carbonara which was tasty and not too creamy and spaghetti marinara, the seafood tasted fresh and full of flavour. Meals were generous. To finish we had lemon gelato served in a lemon and it was a nice refreshing was to finish the meal. We will be back

Got two takeaway pizzas tonight: margarita and vegetarian. They were ready super quick (in less than 15mins) and were really good.Great bases, margarita had something delicious going on, and the vegetarian was a nice different take. Our toddler loved them too. $47 for both. Would recommend for sure.
