I took my car today to find out this business has new owners.The gentleman that served me was delightful, looked at my car before quoting, informed me of how long it would take and how much it would cost, took my mobile phone number to contact me if needed.I received a phone call to say that the car was finished but there was no pressure put on me to return at this timeI finished my shopping and the owner was waiting patiently for me on my return.My car , small SUV , that was very dirty with dog hair throughout looked amazing. I could not believe my eyesHe did an amazing job and I would not hesitate to support and recommend his business.Always worth giving a new business the chance to prove them self. Great job. $150 including polish on my rather dirty Audi SQ5.Price a little steeper than my previous place in Sydney, but appears comparable to other car washes in the region.An excellent clean though. Very happy and will be back.

Car returned with mats dumped in the boot, was informed they were wet and would need to be left out to dry, they were soaking wet, dripping in huge puddles on the floor, literally required a wet vacuum to dry them myself, polish not rubbed in or wiped off the exterior of the car, go elsewhere

One of the best cleans my car has ever gotten! I had gotten back from taking my wrangler out 4wding and was running short on time to clean it before going to Sydney. Dropped my car off for 1h 30 and was awe struck when I returned. The car looks brand new and I couldn’t recommend it anymore.

Wonderful...can't believe how clean the windows are as well as everything else...they even helped put my shopping in the car and took the trolley back..so easy

These blokes are magicians! I gave them a vehicle purchased in 2013 and told them that I wanted to sell it. They recommended a “mini detail” for $150. Two hours later the car was almost as if it had left the dealer’s showroom. I sold it easily two days afterwards for a very good price! These blokes deserve more than five stars but my current vehicle will really test them!

Was quoted $250 starting, for a full detail of my small SUV. When I arrived after booking in advance, the man told me it would be $600. Attempted to use the justification that he would need to use a special disinfectant for my baby, at the price of $50 per car seat. Then told me he wouldn't be able to do it before school pick up even though I dropped it first thing that morning. I did not use their service.The Opal company were so much quicker and more affordable and did a brilliant job when I used them in the past.
