I just want to say how awesome 2 of your staff are for the way they treated my son with getting his first phone! The young bloke took the time to explain everything to him and the guy with the beard at the counter also had a good chat with him about his phone.

Nice friendly helpful staff got a phone repaired through here and it only took 2 weeks the only problem has been the phone repairs place they sent it to Samsung I think they said they were replacing the parts they have replaced the whole phone instead and now we lost all contacts from the phone and photos

This is absolutely the best JB HI FI I have ever been to. Several staff took the time to help me out with getting an unbelievable deal on a new phone close to closing time. I had the best shopping experience I've ever had. I am simply amazed at the service and deal so would recommend this store to anyone

Staff were really helpful and weren't hounding to make a purchase. Didn't push the extended warranty too hard, which is great for a salesman to understand no the first time. Well laid out store with heaps of options from cheap to expensive.

Just a visitor here, but the two staff that I dealt with were more than great in exchanging a faulty set of earbuds bought in Qld.Sorry, didn't catch her name, but the young red head girl needs a mention for being how all staff should be. Happy, friendly to help and knew what she was talking about.
