was sad to see my little Alduin go, but these beautiful people really helped make the situation much more stress free, they were very easy to communicate with and really ensured that they followed my instructions flawlessly, I would never take my little ones to anywhere else, thank you again for your amazing customer service

My Beautiful baby Leavi Blue. Unfortunately passed on the morning of May 3rd. I was heart broken to say the least. He was there to help me through some of my hardest times in life. And though his life was tragically cut short due to his condition. The people at Compass Pet heritage were so amazing in helping me to make this tragic day run smoothly. The Lady there was so kind and understanding. She sat with me. And just talked with me for a while. It really helped me. And she made helping me find the perfect box for my babies ashes so easy and made the whole thing run so smoothly. I got my Boys ashes back around 2 weeks later. Delivered to my home. The man who brought his ashes to me was very kind. And made sure my family was OK before leaving. I will forever be grateful for these people. Thank you so much for allowing me to be reunited with my boy. And for making this whole process easy on me and my family xx
