Dr Sophie Nguyen & 7 Day Dentists

I went to Dr Sophie for a cleaning and check up for my teeth and she is very professional and despite being short on time she still kindly answered the questions i had concerning my teeth.During the process of cleaning my teeth i can tell she work gently and thoroughly and I didn't feel any pain when cleaning my teeth.The staffs operating the reception is also very helpful and caring.

I've grew up having regular check up and tooth removal, it was the best experience with Dr Sophie Nguyen and the wonderful receptionist Lily. Both have been super helpful and well organised with scheduling and giving great advices, whilst remaining professional. Recently I had 2 wisdom teeth removed and I will continue to support the whole dentist.

Unprofessional, arrogant, and appalling service. Likes to provide expensive options for simple routine procedures. Does not explain why I need x-ray for my whole mouth when I only have have pain in one tooth. Will mislead you into believing you need more work than what is needed, she will not outwardly lie, but will make snide comments and lead you make health decisions that benefits her more financially.For someone who has worked in the industry for 25+ years, her behavior, professionalism and attitude is beyond the pale. Criticizing and insulting someones previous dental work history done by other Australian educated and qualified dentists because she felt insecure about her abilities is arrogant to the extreme.Hopefully, she has accrued enough money and will move on so more caring and competent dentists can move in and replace her. But judging by her years of experience and lack of patient care, she will probably be still scamming unsuspecting people. She is an example of health professional who looks at your wallet before asking about your health issues.Her attitude towards patients is clearly written on the permanent scowl she has on her face. I have been going to Dr Nguyen and her team at 7 Day Dentist for the past 5 years now and cannot recommend more highly. Dr Sophie is knowledgeable, professional and has a deep level of compassion and commitment to her clients. Valencia, her dental assistant was so gentle with my 6 year old son during his cleaning. The entire team at 7 Day Dentists are absolutely amazing and I highly recommend them.

Really happy with the quality of service by Dr Sophie. Was really nervous going into 2x wisdom extraction but her professionalism and patience really put me at ease. What sets Dr Sophie apart from other dentists is that she is very knowledgeable in her line of work and takes the time to explain each step of the procedure. Highly recommended

The receptionist was very lovely and welcoming with exceptional customer service. Dr Sophie Nguyen was able to see me last minute for a dental check up and during my visit she was very knowledgeable and patient in explaining the state of my teeth. So glad I was able to find a new regular dentist and I would definitely recommend anyone to this place!! Amazing!!

She was gentle and detailed. She was also explaining what i should be doing to maintain healthy teeth and how to do it.The staff here is also very helpful, accomidating and caring.I really appreciate her service and advice in addition to the team working here and would recommend if anyone needs a dentist they should come here.

Dr Sophie Nguyen is highly professional. My 2 sons had wisdom teeth removal at her surgery 1 year ago and we are very happy with her service.The surgery has great hygiene protocol. My family comes here for routine dental check-up. I highly recommend her service to family and friends.

Needed a dentist urgently as my wisdom tooth was bothering me. I was fortunate enough to have been seen same day, literally within mins of making an appointment and getting off the phone with the very vibrant receptionist Lily. Dr Sophie, is very professional and patient, not only did she assist with my wisdom tooth but also gave me advice on other issue's. Such a quick and pain free service, as for the price it was fairly reasonable. Initially it was only me visiting the dentist, but as I had my 2 younger children with me, Dr Sophie insisted to give them their first check up. My sons already looking forward to his next visit here, so glad to have come across this place!

Dentists are extremely professional. They work gently and thoroughly. It is pain free when cleaning your teeth here.At my first visit, dentist explained my dental problems clearly, in detail and suggested a precise treatment plan. Dentist also gave instructions how to brush and use dental floss properly to keep teeth cleaned and gum healthy.Staffs are welcoming and helpful.Thank all for your thoughtful care.
