Wow! Was in the city for meetings and dropped in over lunch, the ladies took me straight in for an appointment. SNS with tips and I am very very happy with the result. I might have to travel the 5 hour round trip just to come back again for my next appointment! Very friendly staff and perfect result!

I normally get my waxing (upper lip, sides of face) done at this place. Eileen is very attentive and gentle. She ensures the wax is not too hot and does the waxing in small patches instead of one long strip which I find painful. She's very diligent and I would highly recommend!

Eileen my nail technician did an amazing job. I wanted sns with tips and showed her a photo of it. the end result was almost a complete replica of what I wanted. service was fast and she took extra care in the details. the staff over all was very friendly and held a nice conversation with their customers. I'm very picky with how I want my nails to look and they took in my suggestions and critique professionally.honestly never had a better nail experience. very happy indeed

Easy to find, reasonably priced. Pedicure not much of a massage, no hot stones. Manicure was good. Waxing left wax on my face and my eyebrow tint wasn’t very noticeable. Overall good for quick in and out

Worst experience ever...Paid $55 to get SNS French. First, this is my first time doing French with SNS, staff ask me do u want pink or clear? In general, French should go with clear nails, so I said clear. Come out can see the damage of my nails.I should know it, but staff should mention to me as well. Also, look at my thumb, my previous SNS not even clean properly at all!!!!If they know it is going to show my nail, they should have clean it more properly. NOT LIKE THIS!

Asked if someone was available, they said and I waited 20 minutes. When I was finally served she rushes through it and it was a very messy end result - which cost me $50!

This has been my go to nail salon pre-covid. Happy to see they are back open! They’re accommodating with booking appointments and tell you a realistic time frame if they are busy. Grace did my nails and they’re exactly what I was picturing. She was also very patient, I can be quite indecisive picking colours etc. Always happy with their service and recommend!

I got a mani pedi done here. The place itself did not look very clean, many surfaces did not appear to have been cleaned or sanitized in an long time (eg weeks). The girl who did my pedicure seemed to be in charge and she was great, very detail oriented and did a great job. I only wish she’d done my mani I’m which case I’d have increased my rating to 4.5 stars. Unfortunately the girl who did my manicure was terrible. She seemed incredibly rushed and worked like she was in a race for her life or something. She didn’t even remove all of my previous polish properly and then filed my nails like she was cutting down a tree, so fast and rough that it was incredibly uncomfortable. Shellac application was ok but the clear flooded my cuticle and under my mail a couple of times due to the lack of attention. If I was rating her alone it would be 2 stars. She needs to slow down and take more care or they need to retrain her as I can’t see how anyone could enjoy getting their nails done by her or want to return.
