The staff were helpful on arrival and the restaurant had a lovely meal, however the room was very disappointing. We had a disability room, as I am in a wheelchair, and it did not meet the description. The room was large and bed comfy but the bathroom was far from adequate. The bar beside the toilet was at seat height or slightly below. There was a pine board shelf in front that was secured by 2 L" brackets. When leant on it moved. The shower had a rail on the side wall opposite to the shower rose and taps. Does not meet disability standard in our opinion."

Good size room, lovely walk down to beach and around after 8 hours of driving then a heart dinner in their restaurant. Would stay here again.

Our stay was awesome, friendly staff and clean rooms. Dinner was amazing and breakfast had very friendly staff. Located so close to the bug banana. Would definitely stay here again

Loved the room.. great service.. the restaurant was amazing food.If you want the stains on the carpet to go.. get coffee go away from any cleaning supplier.. it's an enzyme eater.

Great place to stay, we had a lovely time all the staff were friendly and happy to help when needed, the room was perfect..clean.. comfortable didn't hear any of the noise from the highway and the pool was amazing and super close to everything. Would have gotten a 5-star rating but on our first night we were so tired after a big drive that we decided to eat at the restaurant on site unfortunately we were very shocked and disappointed at the price we paid as the food was OK but not worth the money.

This is a great place, best so far i have stayed in around coffs for the money, restaurant is spot on with there food and prices. Highly recommend and ill be differently back, even just for dinner or breakfast.Good job.

Stayed in a dog friendly room. Nothing was pleasant and our room did not look like the photos on their website. Furniture was damaged and aged. Bed was uncomfy with holes in the sheets. Air con was from the 70s and noisy. Shower had dead bugs in it.The room was very hot. Will not be staying here again and would not recommend it.

The receptionist was a bit busy talking to a staff member when we arrived, no greeting! We stayed in a pet friendly room, cutlery unusable, 2 of each, no sharp knife. I'm guessing from the local Op shop, adjoining door to the next room not sound proof, so could hear everything! No milk in the fridge, nor a microwave for us to use as we have small dogs so using the restaurant was not an option. Laminate peeling off the vanity. Trucks lumbering past all night. $171.50 a total rip off!! Extra percentage for using a card. Would not recommend to anyone,
