Massage was alright. I asked for traditional Thai massage but the guy didn't had a clue what he was doing. Also when I asked the the guy to give hard massage he said give me $20 more so that I can massage harder. Definitely not recommended for Thai massage.

My partner and I come here nearly weekly and have always had great experiences. During winter they have heated beds, the temperature is perfect, they’re very accomodating with walk ins and their therapists are all lovely and genuinely care about your well-being. Ask for Kate, she’s next level amazing!

Definitely not recommended for Thai massage. Prices are alright but massage was not good. Also the massage guy was asking for extra money just to massage harder.

Highly recommend this place as it has incredibly skilled masseuse that can fix your muscle problems and provide you the ultimate relief from your pain. The workers are mannered people who take care of your needs and work to the best their ability to please you. Furthermore they are punctual and the environment is super relaxing as how a massage shop should be. Give it a try and you won’t be let down!!

Absolute WORST customer service. I had booked a massage, arrived and then told I could not have the service I wanted until 7:30pm when I booked for 7 by a woman named Regina. When I said this was upsetting she said she wouldn’t refund me and made me leave. Really awful customer service, cups weren’t clean and there was dust as I walked in. Do not go here. Poorly run.

I asked for a Thai massage and they didn't had a clue how to do it properly. If there was lower than 1 state I would give it. Also when I asked for a harder massage the massage guy said give me $20 more otherwise it is what it is.

An adequate massage lacking the nuances of a great Thai massage. At times the rhythm, pressure and flow were just too hard and rough but if you like a very hard massage and are in the Bay it’s an acceptable option.
