WORST EXPERIENCE!!! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! Went in for an eyebrow threading this morning as my normal salon was closed. On entry the only lady providing services was watching something on her phone and eating. I then watch her dust her hands off on her phone pants, asked me what I wanted and sat me down without washing her hands. I noticed immediately that the tables were very dirty and considered stopping the service but I was already sat and she had quickly grabbed the thread so I felt I had to see it through.Then she proceeded to give me the most rushed service (with no other clients to see - I assume wanted to get back to her phone and snacks). Then, I realised she had considerably thinner my eyebrows from their previous shape, which explained why I was panicking during the threading of my second eyebrow as I knew she was removing a considerable amount of hair.I then asked her if she was the manager, which she advised she was. Then I explained that I did not appreciate the fact that she had not washed her hands and that it was a hygiene risk, to which she denied that she was eating (I could smell her hands the entire service, and literally watched her jump up and dust her hands off before greeting me. To add insult to injury she proceeded to say “that’s ok, I know your kind of people” which was completely out of line, to which I responded “my type of people are 50% of your client base”.Needless to say I will never go back and after reading the reviews left by previous clients, I wish I’d looked before going. If the actual owner reads this - maybe it’s time to lift your standards and the expectations of service with your staff!

100% DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! I went in for a wax the lady didn’t even prep the area to be waxed and just start waxing..she couldn’t do it she got wax in my hair (because she didn’t correctly prep the area I wanted waxed) so she decided she was going to thread instead which made me feel embarrassed because of the area that I was having hair removed and all the customers that were coming in..she also cut my hair to get the wax out she rushed she didn’t even finish the job literally walked out with hair still there and charged me $45 I’ve never had a bad experience but this is my first one I have never been left so unsatisfied with a service I had tears in my eyes all the way to my car where I did in fact cry while I wiped hair and blood away from the area she threaded. Literally the worst!

It was a good experience. The girl was super kind, and she also has a really gentle hand and care.

I don’t think it will cost your business a lot to buy a new away sign. I have been visiting your shop for more than 5times in the last 3-4months and exactly same broken sign. Today 29Jan’23 at 1:55pm I kept coming back for the last 40-45mins and door is lock and sign is still there. So No idea what time they are opening again. Maybe purposely not buying a new away sign so they can take a break as long as they wish. Which is not convenient for the customers and for the business owner. I just went to a different shop upstairs and surprised that they are also good.

HONESTLY DISGRACEFUL!!!Went to this salon today to get a simple eyebrow wax and trim. The lady was unpleasant, rushed and had no care.The lady didn't ask if there were any other services needed. Was in the salon for a total of 5 minutes max and the sad thing is the lady doesn't even know how to wax and pluck remaining hair's properly. This is the 2nd time I've been there and will be the last time. They have a sign out the front of shop stating about low prices and spread the word I know what word I'm spreading about this place. The job was super simple legit wax and trim at a BROW SALON. I reckon I'd have more luck and better brows done at a NAIL SALON!!!!!Also this salon is ripping off customers by charging 20c surcharge for eftpos!!!Couldn't even recommend to my worst enemy.....

I have nothing much to say except that she burnt my face while waxing my upper lip/chin area. I have a scar now. I paid $30 for this service. Truly amazing job.

do not recommend at all. left with completely uneven thin eyebrows, both a different shape. was told i would need to fill them in, i mean come on why would you shape them like that if i would need to use makeup to fix it. would give zero stars if i could. go somewhere else and save yourself a mental breakdown
