Perfect for viewing some innovations products as advertised in their catologue. The staff are friendly and the shop room area is great for persons who may require some mobility aid.There is a toilet inside but not sure if it accommodates wheelchair size. Easy disabled parking spaces and access to front and rear door that exits into plaza courtyard. Easy pick up of innovations stock from warehouse , just follow the drive way. They have wheelchair ramp and courtesy seat for customers. They allow some product returns as well. Great quality , practical items ranging from underwear to house decor especially clocks. I received a surprised innovative gift of a pair of tweezers with inbuilt light and ruler and pen designed as one product. Overall, A great innovative shopping experience.

First time experience of this website!!!I ordered the garment steamer and assist posture.When I placed order those stuff are AVAILABLE, but when I proceed my payment, I saw the confirmation of the garment steamer which is on sale was Date to be advise".Then a day later the garment was cancelled on the receipt.I felt that I was been cheated.I am first time purchase this website so a bit disappoint when your item available but then cancelled.I called for assistance and receive the answer of not really warm customer services that I expected. I will receive 1 item which available but nothing for other - why it cancelled when available... ???I calm myself by thinking:- Maybe because of the pandemic so you have high order numberor maybe you have many customers call and you have short staffor maybe your staff has been working long hours under pressure...???"

I've been buying from Innovations for over 30 years. Have bought some quirky, one-of-a-kind products that have been absolutely awesome and some that haven't turned out so great.But, on the whole, I can honestly say I've received more great, useful products than duds.Service has always been good and on occasion when I've contacted to ask for additional measurements of say, bedspreads, nothing was too much trouble.Even products like solar lanterns have lasted triple the time of others I've bought from huge retailers, so I can't fault the company or the products really, in all the years.

Dissapointing this time. Some things very expensive compared to others of similar products, especially sleepwear. Good thing is they have a good variety of products but a bit too cramped.

Some staff appear to be ignorant of Power of attorney and when I tried to order on behalf of my elderly parents, the order was declined.

Unfortunately not a positive experience. I ordered the music centre which I am still waiting for. I did receive an email advising that the item was placed on back order. I emailed them three times in the last three days to inquire about status of order with no response from their end. I phoned them yesterday asking where the order is up to and yes, you have guessed it, still on back order with no indication as to when the order will be fulfilled. Oh, forgot to mention that I was told the problem was due to COVID19, backup at the ports and off course their supplier. My question then was then how come they advertise and sell items of which they have no stock. I am still waiting for an answer. Probably don't know. I cancelled my order yesterday requesting full credit passed as I paid in full despite their insistence that it was not. I also asked for confirmation of order cancellation by return email. I was assured that this happens automatically with cancellation. Still waiting for that confirmation. Not a good look INNOVATIONS!

Great place to visit with bus groups, must pre book, anything purchased on the day will be posted out to you free of charge, can only buy one off specials on the day to take home, beautiful helpful friendly staff.

Staff are very pleasant and welcoming. What I went to buy was unfortunately not in store. However, the staff member arranged for it to be delivered at no cost to me! It arrived within 4 days! Super impressed.

Cannot speak highly enough about this place. The staff are lovely and really attentive. They have a great range and I got an incredible gift bag when I purchased items last! Ample on-site parking for free. Very COVID safe - premises are always kept disinfected. Highly recommend - as a go-to for seeing what items look like (they're a membership based business but have most items on display in store). Their catalogues are brilliant (especially for the elderly).

Have ordered twice from innovations recently, both times they've taken my money without dispatching my order, both times I've had to email to find out what's going on, both times I got lame excuses as to why it was taking so long to send out my order, but neither time, did I get an explanation as to why they helped themselves to my money, long before they decide to ship my order.Think twice before buying from this company!
