Came to store before 5 on Tuesday online says it is open to 530 left work early to get here only to be told by girl in the shop that she was not open. Find this service appalling. Should stick to hours on the website not to waste people time. Lost out. Will go somewhere else who is open

Have been a few times and the lady who had done it before is usually great and very detailed. I had someone else do it last week when they were quite busy and my eyebrows are soo thin! It's taken me years to try and grow them in from the years of overpluckung in the 90s and I'm back to square 1 on trying to thicken them up again. I could have cried when I got home and looked at them properly. I even felt a big clump of them being ripped from my face at the time of threading so I knew she'd gone too far and she went and thinned out the other to match her error.. I'm gutted to be honest, it'll take me months or years to try and get them back in again... plus she left heaps still there around the side of my eyes I had to take care of myself when I got home..

Since nobody can reply to me after one week and two emails with any solution or offer of a refund, I'm leaving a Google review.This is going to be the last time I use Beauty & Brow Karingal's services. I went on Saturday, October 8th at approximately 11am to have my brows threaded and tinted, and have a lash tint done.My brows looked alright in the parlour when the tint was a bit heavier and I was happy with them at the time, but on closer inspection under different lighting when I got home there were patches of hair missed, they look messy, and worst of all they are not even between the glabella. One has more off one side than the other. I ended up having to fix them the best I could, but even then I can't take much because the unevenness will be more noticeable and I keep having to use a pencil filler to try to hide it. The brow tint has gone too - that lasted all of about four days.Edit: Since I left this review and had the generic cut and paste please contact us reply, I am still yet to receive any response after three emails and ended up contacting my bank to do a chargeback.

I went in and got an eyebrow thread and tint. When I got home and had a proper look I noticed a significant amount of hairs left both under my brow and above my brow. I don’t mind plucking a couple but there was quite a large amount. My tint was also really patchy like random spots, uneven (one is thicker than the other), and my eyebrows currently look really ‘blocky’.

Karingal Friday 17th June 1pm. My eyebrows are very uneven , different sizes ,wonky and patches of hair left. The lady who did it needs further training. The customer before me was displeased. I should have taken it as a warning. Wouldn't recommend. That lady any way. Didn't catch her name.

Not sure if staff have much experience, eyebrows I've been trying to grow for 5 years have been destroyed. Facial threading is patchy. Definitely stay away.Sorry for the bad review but if you don't know what you're doing... learn or find another job.

I had my eyebrows threaded yesterday 8/9/22 afternoon, the lady who did it was rough & I found the service much more painful than my usual place I go to. The beauticians spoke on their own language most of the time & this morning I have woken up with a bruised eyelid on one side. I am very disappointed as I have a special function to attend to on the weekend with now I a bruised eyelid which I have never experienced in all the years I’ve had my brows threaded.

I came into the karingal location today to get an eyebrow wax, the lady spilt hot wax all down eyelid which was extremely painful as this area is sensitive and then a minute later spilt the wax into my hair which was no where near my eyebrows and away from my face. The lady then had to put oil through my hair and spent 5 minutes picking this out without as little as an apology. Do not recommend this location at all.

Not usually one to complain but I would never go back here. Ladies spoke in a different language the whole time which was super uncomfortable.Just slapped the wax on my head, didn’t even ask what I wanted shape wise or anything. Although did ask what colour I wanted the tint but it didn’t seem like she really cared for my answer and just chose it herself.End result was totally uneven and out of shape from the wax and patchy tint! So disappointed when she told me it was $27, I wouldn’t have even paid $10 for that if it was up to me.
