My $50 Supercheat gift card declined here this morning, with no reasonable explanation. I'm not happy, the gift giver not happy ( 2 former customers already this morning), Supercheat seems happy and so is Repco. Watch this bunch carefully & don't buy gift cards from them, Repco's safer.

Appalling Customer Service, rude aggressive, bought a battery to be installed, parked my car outside with no battery and they didn’t care cause they weren’t allowed to check the car outside and was my problem and force me to beg some one else to get battery to move my car. On top of that they suggested not no go away cause they thought I was going to run away without paying. The purchase was done online and was already paid . I will never buy from them again. The staff are very helpful and friendly and very polite . The store is clean and very well stocked with their products and all reasonably priced. I recommend for any one to shop at super cheap auto goodna . The staff are always there to help you if you need help with anything . I won't go anywhere else to shop .

First time I have been to the Goodna Supercheap and it looks fantastic! The chick that served me was super nice and friendly and said they had just had a refurb. I just wished I got to spend more time there today but I had other places to be being Christmas Eve but I will definitely go back!

Be very aware that when you are using a gift card in the Goodna Store. And When one of the well trained staff. Haha. write the balance of the card. over the security code. It makes it impossible for you to use the balance. This happened to my husband today and they stuffed him around so much supposebly fixing the problem that shouldn't have happened in the first place. It took so long. He had to leave . To be somewhere else. There was over $10 left on the gift card.. Imagine if they did this to a 100 people. That's alot of money.
