Unfortunately a very bad experience using this company as a domestic house cleaner. The 2 staff did not clean the home to a satisfactory standard and missed many areas of the home. They were provided with very clear instructions and two walk throughs were provided. The showers were not cleaned at all (no water was used and no taps turned on) and the wall tiles and floor tiles were sprayed on the tiles (approximately 10% of the surface) and left to drip and no cleaning performed. I requested a 3 hour clean and the two ladies left after 1.5 hours (under this equates to 3 hours) however I feel the standard of cleaning was not sufficient. The high gloss kitchen cupboard doors were wiped with an unclean cloth and product not suitable for the doors and they only spot wiped 10-15% of the surface which made them very unclean. I had to Re clean them again myself after they left as they were so bad. They only dusted some surfaces and missed others. Very regretful that I used this company for cleaning and ended up hiring a different company to fix and rectify what they had done and managed to get a great clean for the 3 hours that I expected. The other company was actually cheaper but produced a much better service. Would not recommend.
