Not impressed when I opened the bonnet a week after the service at Ontrack 4x4 in Ferntree Gully and found the plastic cover over the engine of my Y62 Patrol was badly cracked and someone had made an amateurish attempt to stick it back together. Then nobody bothered mentioning it when I picked up the car.Service improved when I called them to point out the breakage and they immediately accepted responsibility. A replacement cover is now on order and should arrive from Japan in a couple of weeks.

I’ve used this business a few times now and have been very impressed with the provided service on every occasion. The team have been highly accomodating, with competitive pricing, and honest, high quality work. Most recently, I had my vehicle towed to them after breaking a CV joint and shredding teeth off my rear diff crown wheel. The repair was completed with a relatively fast turnaround, despite a lack of notice and an extremely busy workshop. And the best part? The final bill worked out to be approximately 1/4 of what a Nissan dealership would’ve charged (possibly even less). I appreciate your work fellas.

Went to them as local and waited 29 minutes. Had to approach two staff myself as ignored. Only one other customer there. Wanted to spend a few hundred on CB, aerials, etc but got tired of being ignored and left. Won’t go back. Will try somewhere else.

Phil, did an amazing job fitting new shocks to the front of my sister in-laws Nissan Navara. Super helpful, honest, reliable and very reasonable with his pricing. He went above and beyond to help me out with this. Will definitely recommend to others!

Standard service on nissan Y62 and added a whole list of additives to the invoice without discussing prior for about $60. None of them were needed for a new vehicle.Added new rear wiper to invoice while not replaced.Some bolts and nuts were not done up on the Under body protection.Will not use these guys again.
