Optus Woy Woy

Absolutely disgusted with the fact that I purchased a brand new phone (in contract) with Optus from this store and within a few hours the reception had completely vanished (have always been with optus and not had this issue previously) within a few weeks the entire phone had begun to malfunction and Optus refuses to do anything about it except send it off under warranty (which is absurd as I purchased a brand new phone and under consumer law it should work as I was told it was a brand new working phone) leaving me with no phone (which I use almost entirely for work). They have refused to replace the phone for a new non broken one and in the meantime I've been paying over $120 for a phone and services when I can't even make or receive calls or use any of the apps on the phone. I've contacted both the ombudsman and fair trading to make complaints as when I went to the store the staff were extremely unhelpful and rude.

First class service today. Had a few technical issues which were dealt with very professionally. Very happy

could get better results with a pair of old cans and some string I wouldn't recommend asking optus to help you they only want to rob you also when going into store maybe don't take your horrible attitude out on a customer asking for help

Today I visited Woy Woy Optus with a problem. It was solved brilliantly. The young man who served me (Suvi?) was patient, friendly and polite. I am a very happy customer.

Kudos to Joshua who went above and beyond today to support me with a few technical issues! Josh was polite, informative and was able to quickly resolve a long standing problem which previously, wasn’t able to be fixed.Thank you, Josh! You’re an asset to Optus!

Came into to the Optus store at Woy woy with my uncle who is not the best with mobile phones to get some assistance with getting the Servicensw app on his Samsung. Josh helped us getting it sorted out within seconds, he was patient and knew his Optus products. Very friendly and helpful. Strongly recommend coming to see Josh

The young staff are tech savvyAnd right up to the task. I bought a new phone wich i accidentally downloaded a nasty virus the manager fixed my phone no charge and happly sent me on my way. Staff were very competent friendly and courteous 10/10 optus woy woy. Great job you have got a customer for life. Thankyou Yes

I came to the store with intentions to rectify an issue my phone was having. I was greeted instantly by Adrian who quickly identified the problem and fixed it within minutes. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Adrian and the team to anyone I know. Thanks Adrian for your help today. Cheers

Josh from Optus from Woy Woy is an absolute legend. I went in to get a new AirPods case as mine broke, though they didn’t sell the cases alone Josh told me he had a spare case & offered me his, upon the offer I offered to pay for it from him though out of the kindness in his heart he insisted on not taking anything from me. Every time myself of my partner have been into this shop Josh has always been friendly, happy & smiling. Every time he has gone out of his way to provide us with the best service possible. What a bloke.
