Just opened ramps large elevators .Be sure to check what platform train leaves from. Off peak and Warrnambool trains gen leave from 1. Duplicated track allows more seevices. A great example of good design etc. Large new car parks.

MODERN TRAIN STATION - LAST STOP FOR MYKI CARD USERSWaurn Ponds is on the west side of Geelong (towards warrnambool). Beyond this station you will need to purchase a vline ticket as it is the last station on the myki card system. Trains a few times a day to warrnambool and very frequently to Melbourne

Nice, clean and modern station for the last stop before the Warnambool train. Nice and safe generally and all the facilities one might need and expect. The vlocity trains that service the Geelong line overall are pretty good as well, Good job Vline

I've caught a v/line train here every morning for the last 4 days.. lovely coffee van inside the station.. the people on the train station are friendly & helpful.. the station is being done up so will soon have 2 platforms & more carparks.. there are buses right on the street outside on a regular basis going to grovedale & Geelong.. I actually can understand living out there , quiet, fresh air & Torquay, Apollo.bay only down the road..
