Sam was very helpful in finding a quality car. He came to the train station to pick me up. His help in getting me the data needed to arrange insurance made it much easier. Not a lot of parking near the yard.

I was looking around in so many places to find an option where I could trade in my car and also get to pay off my new car.I some how went through to Sam whilst ringing around, and hes customer service was so amazing.When I met Sam, it was even better,.he was helpful , kind and also had the opportunity to meet his amazing family at the same time.That day I was rushing him to finish off the deal so quickly because of my excitement, to drive off with my new car.Sam always tries to help you in any way he can. I recently got in touch with Sam about a Subaru Forester he had for sale. Someone had phoned 5 minutes before me and we’re about to set off on a 5 hour drive to come inspect the vehicle. Sam was honest and respectful saying he had to let them view it first. As it was a corker they bought it straight away but Sam had just got a commodore wagon in.He was nothing but exceptionally helpful and couldn’t do enough for me over the phone. I know nothing about cars and none of my family live in Australia so buying a car was an extremely stressful idea. Sam took all that stress away.A car I had previously lined up came back on the market through a private seller so I didn’t purchase one from Sam but when I need a new one or anyone I know is in the market, I will be recommending this dealership. They did not condescend to a woman asking questions....they were informative and combined professionalism with a friendly attitude... old fashioned satisfaction and service were obviously important to their businessI was given a great deal on my Mitsubishi Magna .... and I was assured that if I had any problems I could come to them for helpI feel this dealership went above and beyond to help a customer and would recommend them to anyone looking for a used car

Sam is really helpful in whatever ways when u need help. I bought a Toyota Corolla from him two months ago. He helped to fix all sorts of problems! It is really good experience especially for those people who are looking for first car, just like me.
