From the start to the finish, our project for a new carport was handled very professionally. Rohan’s knowledge and experience was clearly evident. His design & colour suggestions exceeded our expectations of what was actually possible and his quote was very competitive. They started the project on time, kept it on budget and finished on time with total site clean up.Communication throughout the project was brilliant and he was very accommodating with a few delays experienced from our end. What a disappointment Ellis pergolas has turned out to be.Rohan erected my pergola and within a week it leaked from the rain.Contacted Rohan who said would be out in a couple of days to look at it and never turned up..Contacted him again a week later and he never responded to my message.I paid over $4000 for a pergola that doesnt function properly.Obviously not a man of his word and now i have to pay and find someone to fix his shotty workmanship.Would never recommend this business to anyone.
