They know their roofing and fencing. Happy to help DIY’rs with tasks.Under a certain length to certain areas their deliveries are free unlike some of the other companies in the area such as HMR who sting you over $150.00 for deliveries. Thats why I go back.

By far the best place to purchase plumbing supplies. The staff in that section are extremely helpful and know the products. Helped with advice to replace all dodgy cheap fittings.

Rude Indian Salesperson today. When I asked about the best deal, he was very condescending and told me to go elsewhere. This company has lost my business forever, especially after the arrogance and rudeness if this man. Take your business elsewhere!

From the quote, through to ordering and right through to delivery it was customer service, customer service customer service. I didn't think there were many businesses that still had that model. Thanks particularly to Greg who kept me informed, dealt with my ignorance of timber products extremely professionally and sorted everything out. Well done H&G.

I had a terrible experience today by calling H&G Peakhurst 9533 4466 store, the guy who picked up the phone did not even listen to my questions, just saying he can't help blah blah blah!!! I've been working in service industry myself for more than 10 years, I hardly believe how this company could deliver good products if the reception can't even answer a proper question!!!! I would definitely NOT RECOMMEND ANY ONE to use their service!!!
