I would 100% recommend TLC. I've been seeing Toby for 7 months now after having my child and being in a lot of pain with my pelvis and back and he has helped me tremendously. I no longer have headaches either which was a daily struggle. He always listens to my concerns and genuinely wants to help.

Wasted at least $600 in this place 6 min sessions at $10 minute dodgy practices preying on people in need....forcing 6 months of appointments on you!!!!...even met with resistance when I said I'm going to a local osteopath. Shame on them!!!

I'm a new client with TLC and was a little nervous at first. But when I arrived to the clinic I instantly felt welcomed by the reception staff members, they are very friendly and happy to accommodate. Dr Jake is extremely professional and knowledgeable. I really appreciate that he is enthusiastic about helping me get back my mobility. He explained everything I needed to know about my management plan moving forward and always listens to my concerns. I would 100% recommend TLC to others.

The ladies at the front desk are always joyful and the chiropractors are fantastic. I have been a patient of Dr Alison’s for a while now and she has been a huge part in my recovery. Her bedside manner, humour, and sincere compassion for each patient is truly a credit to the practice. Dr Alison is professional, full of knowledge, and makes the appointments enjoyable with her great sense of humour. I would 100% recommend TLC to anyone who requires a chiropractor.

Had been a patient with TLC for 2 years previous. The Chiro that I was seeing left and I found limited benefits from seeing his replacement so did not attend for 12 months. Thought I would give them a go again and was told that I would need to undergo a new consultation and X-rays but they of course could provide them at a significant cost. Walked out the door and would urge everyone else to do the same. Rip off artists.

I regularly receive care from Alison, and I must say it has been well worth it. I've worked in a physically demanding job for years and I am really starting to feel the ill effects from it. I've found that Alison, with her quick and focused appointments has me feeling great in no time! The appointments are very thorough as in, supplements and aftercare are discussed in detail but never forced upon. The practice is very flexible and available with appointments and the office staff are very lovely and receiving. I highly recommend TLC. Under their care you will be feeling your best in no time :)

Have been going to TLC for a couple of months now and it's been absolutely worth it. Since recently moving from interstate I have tried a couple of chiropractors in Townsville who did not listen to what I wanted with my management. I attended TLC from a Google search, and they actually called my previous chiropractor in the town that I was from to find out about my exact previous treatment, what amazing service! I feel like they actually listened to what I wanted and my body has never felt so good and supported! Definitely worth a visit!

I’ve been put off from chiropractors for a while. Finally took a plunge, saw Dr Michael to start with, he was brilliant. Now I’m seeing Dr Alison, which is great. She is funny, easy to talk to, and works with your concerns to the best of her ability and to help alleviate any concerns you have.

I had the worst sciatica my doctor has seen in the last 12 months.. I was forced to quit gym and couldn't even walk properly and putting clothes on was 10/10 pain.. I went to 2 other chiropractors and I'm pretty sure they made it worse... They would just crack me and charge me and I'd be done in 5 minutes...Then I came here! I saw JAKE as he was recommended to me. Jake was literally a life saver, thanks to his hard work and caring approach to treatment, he really helped me recover. Treatments involved, massaging, stretching, strengthening and then cracking (adjustments) when appropriate. From not being able to move and now I'm back to gym and hiking every weekend, I cannot recommend Jake enough.Thank you!Angelo
