Was with them very briefly whilst I was on job seeker, didn’t help me at all really. I found my job myself in my own free time and applied and got it etc with zero input from them. I haven’t been on Centrelink at all nor jobseeker since I started my job in early December of 2021 (which I’m still currently employed at!) and yet they still constantly try and call me, text me etc asking for my payslips?!?! and asking me to call them. I honestly just ignored it at first because I thought it would cease but no… 5 months later they’re still at. I don’t legally have to provide my payslips to a third party (nor will I) ESPECIALLY when I am not even on any kind of government assistance anymore and haven’t been in months. Like why am I being harassed? I’m employed and no longer receiving any benefits therefore I shouldn’t even be in the database anymore. I just want to be left alone!

I’m an extremely anxious person and can find particular things quite overwhelming. Amy is absolutely amazing. She is efficient, informative, helpful, understanding and patient and I highly recommended her. I can’t thank her enough for everything that she has done and continues to do for me.

So discussed that my daughter was made feel that her family heritage was a lie because she is blue eyed blond and proudly ticked the box indigenous most of my family are quit indigenous. She my not be your typical looking aboriginal but it that is no reason to be disrespectful. Shame retraining.

This establishment utilizes driving instructors* who freely engage in homophobic, anti LGBTQ hate speech with young job-seekers. They willfully ignore and dismiss complaints regarding this issue and are reluctant to make those responsible for discriminatory speech accountable.

Hands down the best Job agency I have been with. They are always friendly, understanding and empathetic to my needs. The support with interviews, work clothes, fuel cards to get to work and also mental health support with their psychologist has been a lifesaver. When you go in, Show initiative in wanting to better yourself they will help you in the right direction.

I've been there for a year and got treated so poorly,my consultant seems to hate that I've got a job and makes it seem like I need to quit and play by their rules. She doesn't like when I disagree with things she wants me to do. It's a job agency set up by centrelink,so you know it's already a waste of time. You wait forever even though you arrive on time for your appointment only to have the appointment last for several seconds. There is so much more I could say poorly but it'll probably be the same you've heard time and time again from many others. Like I mentioned,its part of centrelink and once you know your attached to centrelink,your pretty much screwed until you get off the dole.

I been with Sarina Russo Browns Plains for 2 years and yes I have had my ups and downs with them but when you are in desperate need of money to support yourself and your family, listening to people like Erino, Miriam, Tanya and Jacqueline (who once you get to know they are lovely ladies not witches) are actually right! One Tuesday I’m sitting there listening to some truth telling advice from Erino at job club and the next week with her words ringing in my head I have a job. They are human too and when treated like one they will treat you like one too. These ladies have to help countless amounts of people everyday and try their best doing so. Thankyou so much ladies!

The worse experience that I ever had with them.Very discrimination people and very rude.The manger was very discrimination persons and disrespectful.One of her words I pay tax you take my money stop doing that and go to work "Unbelievable persone"

I find this job seeking agency to be great with friendly hard working staff. I have been a job seeker working with Amy for only about 3 month but she has help me so much. I just wanted to thank Amy and the rest of her team.

The team at Sarina Russo Browns Plains were absolutely fantastic, They were one of the best employment agency I have been with, Since I went to them I have gone from unskilled and unemployed to having my Cert III in Security and Employed steadily for over a year. Tanya, Erino and Kirsten are fantastic and went above and beyond in all their efforts to help me.
