I ordered wedding decorations months in advance of the big day and three weeks before the wedding I finally heard back from someone that what I had ordered wasn't even in their warehouse yet to be dispatched so I asked for a refund as it wouldn't arrive in time and I had wasted my money. They agreed to the refund but I am yet to see a cent. I provided my details weeks ago and now can't even get a response from them. Such an unprofessional company to deal with. The phone number listed isn't even connected. What a joke.

After 10 emails and 6 phone calls I received an email stating that my wedding favours will not be arriving until a month after the wedding date! This was 2 weeks from the event date!!! And I only received this reply after I threatened that I would be claiming a refund and the purchase of new wedding favours.i see from other reviews that I am not the only one this has happened to, so I will be putting in a complaint with Consumer Affairs. I want my $500 back! And I will claim stress and anxiety and the price of the new wedding favours that I had to purchase a few days before Christmas!

I ordered items that were said to be in stock on the 30th July. After 3 weeks of hearing absolutely nothing, and using their 'track your order' function which never moved my order from 'being processed' I called them. She told me the supplier was late and it would be coming in the next day or two, so I could expect to have my order shipped and with me within a week. I waited another week. Nothing. I emailed this time. Nothing. I emailed again a few days later, I get a response saying the same thing about the supplier and that this time I can either have the whole thing refunded or wait another week. I replied with a query but they never responded back again. So after another few days I then called again. Of course, the response once again was the supplier was the problem. Keep in mind it is now 11th September. 6 weeks of little to no contact (and none off their own back) from them about my order. This time I told them to just send what they had and refund me the rest. Then I get an email saying they're sending out my whole order (which they didn't) and nothing about a refund. I then had to contact them again about a refund 5 days later after they said they would do it, for products which I have been waiting for, for six weeks. They promised it would be done immediately. Which it was not.So I contacted them once again today. another 10 days later. Again, the same promise that it would be passed on to the accountant to process the refund, after I told them I would be raising the issue with the ombudsman and the consumer affairs office. However, that's as far as it gets. No actual refund, just a promise that the refund would be passed on for processing within the week. Still no refund to this day. Currently taking it up with Consumer Affairs.

Beyond appalling customer service. It took over 4 weeks for my order to be shipped so it arrived too close in time to my event to resolve any issues. When it did arrive, the custom printing on the stickers was wrong (a word had been missed) so they were unusable. And my emails requesting a resolution were ignored despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue. I have lost my money on this transaction because I did a direct deposit. I won't do that again! I am still open to a mutually agreeable solution - but in exasperation I feel I need to warn others. How very disappointing.

I wouldn't even give one star but i don't have a choice. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING THROUGH THIS SHONKY WEBSITE!!! I ordered some simple personalised stickers 5 weeks before my event. I chased after reasonable time (meanwhile they ask for funds to be deposited into their account prior to dispatch) I should have known then that it was not legitimate. They promised I would receive my purchase via express post a day before the event. Not only was i stressing about receiving and putting these tags together on my bombonierre but I spent a day at home waiting for them when I had so much to do. They never showed up. I have contacted them via email (because they have a phony telephone number) to refund me and I'm yet to receive anything. Such a dodgy company. I will be taking this up further and reporting them to consumer affairs.

Beware - there is something very wrong and troubling with this company. I cancelled an order when it became clear they would not be able to fulfill it within the promised time. On 11 January, I was assured a refund would be provided. I am still waiting. I have had to chase up numerous times and each time, I am told that the Account team will be processing my refund 'urgently'. It's difficult to find a number to contact anyone. I'm going to lodge a complaint with the Office of Fair Trading next as it's clear this business is sinking in unpaid debts.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. My wife's experience of this company was the same as all the other one star reviews!!! She ordered a product, was told it was not in stock but she would receive it in time. One week before our sons birthday we hadn't received the products or any updates. After a few emails back and forth she was assured that we would receive them in time (now less than a week). She cancelled the order and asked for a refund, after not receiving any refund we managed to get a charge back through our credit card. Not worth the pain, if you also look at all the 5 star reviews they are clearly fake/paid as they all review the same business with many overseas!!

WARNING..DO NOT BUY FROM PINK FROSTING!!This is a email that I sent them:Hello, my Order No: 39647. I ordered on the 7/3/18. Can you tell me where my order is at this very moment, my understanding that it was only going to be 5-7 working days for delivery. My daughter-in-laws baby shower is this week-end. I ordered this with enough time to receive it by the baby shower date. I am starting to get upset. I have called and left message over 4 times but no return phone call!!!! If only I read the reviews first before ordering. I am going to contact Office of Fair Trading to put in a formal complaint..Their replied with:Hello Mona, this is not an order number, however we did respond to your email of 27/3.I will have one of our staff contact you today. In the meantime, if you feel that you need to contact the Office of Fair Trading due to other peoples reviews, please feel free to do so.Kind regardsPink FrostingMy reply:Just send me my order & yes it is a order number. Ordered stickers for my grand daughter 3 months ago, nothing, contacted several times by email, nothing. Told them I was going to Fair trading, now they just cancel every order I place, over and over, Ordered the same from ebay, cheaper, and sent in 3 days. Don't bother with these horrible immature people, they take your money in a matter of minutes, but don't bother to send your order.

I ordered items in mid-June for a party at the beginning of July. For one item they took my money only to call a few days later saying the item was discontinued. It took two weeks to receive my refund after many telephone calls. The other items eventually arrived late July and because I no longer needed them I was instructed to return to sender. Pink Frosting have had my returned goods since the end of July and still no refund despite numerous telephone calls and emails. I will never use this company again, they have no customer service whatsoever and have never returned any of my emails or phone calls unless threatened with further action. Very bad service.
