They are posting wrong prices. I went to Campbelltown outlet to get my iphone glass replaced. The guy quoted a higher price than what is written on the website. Upon asking he said they do it for advertising. Seriously!!!!!Second comment:No my friend. I don’t rely on the service now as you had tried to pacify by your comment only after I had put my earlier comment. Without a doubt, you should have offered the price as written on your webpage in the first place.

Iphone 7plus not charging anymore.Took it to PhoneTech at 2.30pm.Picked up the repaired and now working phone at 3.30pm.Efficient service. Would definitely recommend.

Really appreciated the up front, helpful attitude. Quick and honest service. Staff seemed willing to be accountable for their work. A hard thing to find in this particular industry. Will recommend to family and friends.

After a rip off attempt by another company i wasn’t convinced and luckily enough tried here as a second opinion.Extremely happy with the service provided quick efficient very reasonably price and best of all phone was fixed. All our future phone problems will be coming here AAA+

We believed my husbands phone was broken beyond repair. So much so, it had been in a cupboard forgotten for months. It was obliterated. Took it in to Phonetech Campbelltown without much hope and within an hour got a call saying he’d fixed it! For only $95. Thank you!

After taking my mobile to Apple, spending months trying to sort over the phone how to transfer my data, with Apple, I then took my phone to Digimob. They assured me over the phone, they knew what to do but lost over 3000 precious & irreplacable photos, said it was my phone & sent me on my way with a big chunk of ignorance. I then rang Sam at Phone Tech. He was easy to talk to about my concerns & understood why I was worried about losing any more precious data. I took my phone to the Campbelltown shop where Jim put my mind at rest & was able to transfer every single thing from my old phone to my new one. Sam wasn't able to be there but called Jim to check in & confirm my issues were sorted. Thank you Sam & Jim! These guys are great at what they do, no fuss"

Fast and fair pricing! Being a family run business they aren't as flashy looking as some other 'big name' shops but more than make up for it with reliability and unmatched competency.

A little gem tucked away on L.N. East Rd. Pre the Covid BS I'd been there 3 times for various issues for two Android phones over the previous 18 mths. Each time the job was done extremely well. Shop around on line for best prices and these guys rate highly for service and more importantly the price. ✔✔✔

We have been going to Jim for years. He does an excellent job fixing all of our broken phones! Recently my daughter shattered her iPhone screen, I thought it was unfixable. But Jim actually fixed it within the hour ! He doesn’t charge the earth, and is very good on his prices. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!.
