Staff were exceptional! I had a sprained ankle and they helped me till I was on my way home, a great end to what was a stressful day.

The actual storage units (I had two) were good BUT....The amount of price rises received over the last two years were extortionate. I understand inflation has risen but you aren't selling food etc and you don't have many staff. The overheads can't be that high in relation to the price rises so it just felt like a money grab.The staff were nice though.

We couldn't fault National Storage in O'Connor. From the great deal we received when we first hired our unit, right the way through until when we didn't require it any longer. The staff are super helpful, even outside of our regular business hours. And I loved sneaking in for a lolly and a chat during the office hours.The rates were more than reasonable, the storage unit and surrounding areas were always very clean and always felt safe. If we ever require storage again, we will have no hesitation in heading back to National Storage O'Connor.

The site was clean and even though I was there for other business I managed a preview of the facility storage units available and they were very clean and no water damage nor leak water spots visible. The staff here were genuine, prompt, and professional. Like most National Storage facilities the traffic flow in and then out was spacious for multi vehicle movement which is a must to avoid being stuck waiting for other unit hirers.

I have used National Storage for a few years now in a business and personal capacity and have found the staff at all times to be professional, helpful and friendly. The facilities I have used have always been well maintained and clean, while they provided me with an excellent start up site for a new business venture.They are my choice for all my storage needs...

Rented a storage unit here over Christmas as I was doing a big road trip and had some stuff to store away. Guess my neighbour was short a few Christmas presents and decided to help themselves to my unit over the holidays.National Storage was willing to share the CCTV with the police for investigation but here's the kicker; there are no cameras inside the building so the tapes are entirely useless. I'm not encouraging anyone to do crime I'm just saying that if you have an access code the world is your oyster apparently.Next time I will store my belongings in a cardboard box on the street corner as it will provide the same amount of security but at least I won't be paying to get robbed.
