We bought our ducks from here, the staff were friendly and very helpful, and answered all our questions. They were really helpful with advice on what to feed our ducks.

Big selection of birds, but not the best living conditions. No toys, few perches, some looked like the water was several days old, ratty tails. Some were friendly but most of them were scared.

Bought a beautiful cockatiel he was very healthy and very happy. When ever I visit the staff are helpful and friendly.

Nice natural perches, staff came to aid, but my goodness it was hot in there being just a shed. Birds seemed timid and scruffy with frozen veg for their chop, most of which was tipped up and in the tray underneath with birds chewing the plastic dish. I felt sad for them, so won’t be returning.

Birds kept in a hot shed, with wild sparrows infesting and pooing over everything which will spread parasites and disease. hand raised birds are very shy and clipped incorrectly which can lead to injury and even death.many birds are in tiny cages with no toys and either one or no perches,recently saw birds who appeared plucked and ill.Don't come here, if you care about birds this place is absolutely horrible.

Only a few of the birds in there look healthy, and they aren't sociable. I felt sick in every way as soon as I left that place, there's big birds (Which need big cages) stuck in cages not even acceptable for one, let alone two in the same cramped cage. There's many other reasons why this place is cruel and saddening.Not on, and sickening.
