Went with Celeste, had an great experience! Such a clean and open salon with friendly staff. Absolutely in love with my hair! Would recommend and will not be going anywhere else!!

I am so incredibly happy with the outcome of my hair by Cabello Room. Not only did they do such an amazing job on fixing my hair, which contained multiple box dye colours and definitely was overdue for some tlc, but for myself as I am extremely shy, they made me feel super welcomed and comfortable during my appointments. All of the staff were incredibly lovely and very polite. They took note of what I wanted to try to achieve with my hair and explained everything very clearly. I’ve never been so happy with the outcome of my hair and will be highly recommended the Cabello Room to others. They have boosted my confidence so much and truly have made me happy. I most definitely will be returning. Thank you to Cabello Room & Analise who did an outstanding job.

The girls at Cabello are lovely! Celeste is an amazing colourist who talks through your hair goals and how she will achieve it. She takes the time to ensure you walk out feeling wonderful. My balayage took many hours but I never felt rushed out which is a breath of fresh air.

So I booked the Cabello Room to try out something different.It did not disappoint! Every girl that worked there was so lovely. My hairdresser (I didn't catch her name unfortunately) was wonderful and refreshly honest about the condition of hair what we could do with it without damaging it further and how to work to get it back to a real healthy happy condition.This place has paying attention to detail just engrained with every staff member. The beautiful touches on the drink and snack tray. To the furnishings, the cushions for your feet, Everyone checking in to see if they can do anything for you (really makes it feel like a proper pampering during your treatment)All while they get you in and out as efficiently as possible whilst making you feel so welcomed and taken care of.Even something as simple as a hair cut she cut and then reviewed to make sure she got every strand perfectly how she believed it should be which showed that she cares about the quality of her work.The colour was darker than I what I walked in with but my hair needed some gentle love and realistic expectations on its capabilities so I was prepared for change but my hairdresser made sure the colour I left with was still rich, warm and beautiful! I'm so in love with it.This is how a salon should be! Absolutely will be back again.

Absolutely loved my service i had with Celeste at the Cabello Room! All the girls were so lovely & gave me advice & were able to educate me on any questions i had in regards to my hair. Would definitely recommend!

I came in last week to get my regrowth blended and to tone my blonde. During this process, I understood we had to keep my roots at a darker level to blend in with my natural colour which was fine. I said I wanted to keep the blonde colour the same and just blend the roots, keeping them as high as possible as they were roughly around 2 inches. However, I did not expect to have that dark brown dye running halfway down my hair in different sections. I was expecting more of a shadow root from what we had discussed. Now I have orangey brown bits all throughout my blonde which upsets me because I had previously spent so much money trying to get rid of it.When it came to toning, I specifically asked not to have ash blonde and to keep it the same colour it already was. So, I was quite surprised and disheartened when it came out a dark ash blonde like I said I didn’t want.I’ve spent $550 to just walk away feeling like I’ve gone backwards with my hair and will now have to go through bleaching processes again to get it back to what it was previously. I did send a message privately beforehand asking to change the tone but was told just to shampoo it out over time and then book another appointment for when I want to get my hair redone. Unfortunately, it’s not what I asked for and is already very brassy/ pulling orange tones. I’ve just had to book in elsewhere so it can be fixed which makes me even more sad.Edit:If I was l aware we were going to dye halfway down my hair brown, on pre-existing blonde, to only have to re-bleach that out all again in a few months I would’ve declined the service and left it as is to grow out.From the consults, I requested to keep my blonde colour the same and just blend the top regrowth that was nowhere near halfway down my head. It’s just not what I asked or expected.
