Two years since I bought the Hyundai Elantra spots from Motors Tas. Today I picked up the new Hyundai Kona Elite.I went back to Hyundai as the service I received the last time was excellent. I was lucky that Aidan is still with Hyundai. Once again he got me a good trade-in and gave me valuable advise on the after market products which I inquired about. Due to Covid there was a slight delay in having the car ready. Once again Aidan went out of his way to keep me happy as a returning customer. He was very patient and commissioned the Blackvue dash cam app and got it going in no time.I have always taken my cars to the respective dealers and will continue to take the Kona to Motors service as their service is great.Thanks Aidan

after spending $3000 at this hyundai motors these guys then charged $170 to look at the spark plugs, Ryan assured us it would not cost this, which it did they then slugged us an extra $60 for the spark plugs, we spoke with our long time mechanic were we live, he was shocked he said what a great way for this company to slog theircustomers and make more money by charging $170 just to have a look after already charging $3000.

Horrible customer service and diagnostic skills. Unable to identify an issue I was concerned about two months ago which has now turned into a big problem. My new car is no longer road worthy and they have put me at risk and danger. No accountability or apology on their behalf.

I can’t believe that I had the worst customer experience in my life when I walked in the Service Department of Hyundai Hobart yesterday, intending to seek repairing of the transmission of my car. It’s really ridiculous that the guy served me named Brad told me to leave and refuse to talk to me when I popped in the shop only at 5.15pm since its system had been closed, but it should open until 5:30pm according to its trading hours.He insisted many times in a very arrogant way that I had to leave since they had closed and I must drive away my car from its car yard immediately even the traffic on my way out was extremely busy.when I was waiting for the busy traffic on the way out near its yard gate, he held the yard door and ordered me to empty my car from its gate at once even without considering whether I was safe to do that. I told him I am a customer and he cannot threat me so arrogantly, and please be nice. But he just replied “it is the truth. we have closed and you must leave this yard. How shamed is him to say these words! There were still a few minutes left to 5:30pm when he said the last words to me. It was still their trading hours.honestly, I am very disappointed with Hyundai which has such poor employee training with the organization, leaving its staff to treat customers so rudely and awfully.what’s worse, I have also lost confidence in its product and service quality. My car (the i30 made in 2015 ) has problems in transmission and has to replace it just 6 years after purchasing. I found irregular noise from my car when turning right at low speeds a few weeks ago, so I sent it to Hyundai service to check and fix it. But they asked me to sign a agreement that I have to pay the bill no matter they can find any problems with the car. Eventually they found nothing wrong and told me the car was alright. they even didn’t give me the invoice of the car examination .But now I am doubting whether they had really checked the car properly since the car condition has been worse after that: it has difficulties in acceleration; check engine light is on; and High transmission temperature light is also on. So i had to send my car to ATS to check again, which has costed me another $150. I got the car report from ATS yesterday, with a result of transmission issues and a advice of replacement of the transmission by the dealer. That’s why I popped into the Hyundai service department yesterday. But this company or brand seems that they only care about the new customers who will buy cars from them and fussy with current customer care.I really want to give a minus 5 rating to this business if i could. I really suggest people who will buy cars from this business or brand to consider their post purchasing services or policies before buying.

Got a recall letter in the mail, asked us to book in our Hyundai. We gave them the vin number and booked it in. My wife walked around in the rain for 2 hours with a 2 and 3 year old. They rang 2 hours later and said they don't have the part. Why ask to book it in if you don't have the part??

Excellent vehicles. Far more technology and nicer interior than other major brands. I bought a 2022 Santa Fe Hybrid. Not amazing looking on the outside, but the interior is luxurious and gorgeous, and the car drives far better than the other makes of suv that I test drove. It just soaks up the bumps. Aidan Drnkwater is a very approachable nice salesman too. No pressure at all.Highly recommend test driving one of their lovely cars. I'm pretty confident you'll be very pleasantly surprised.

Car was ready close enough to the promised time, they did a great job vacuuming the insides and there were nice facilities to wait in. Only things I'd offer as improvements suggestions are: 1. Change the channel to ABC News instead of the commercial channel; 2. Get comfy chairs. People with bad backs cannot sit on those black seats for long.
