I bought everything from Jbs once. And then i was refused entry and verbally abused by security at the beginning of Covid. Won't go back as the company has no leadership values

Didn't have what I was after (a micro B usb) at a reasonable price. They did have some very expensive options. All in all JB is a great place to go to pick up value products.. just not this time.

Went in today to purchase a Xmas present for my 16yo and 46yo man child. I didn't know anything about the product I wanted, Cam was so helpful, patient, informative and honest. Really appreciate his help and professionalism. Thanks Cam, you made my Xmas shopping easy.

Computer sales person was extremely helpful. E.V She was very knowledgeable of what we were after in a 2 in 1. Helpful in helping us make a decision of what was best for our usage. Didn't try to sell us anything we weren't looking at & assisted in helping keep in our price range.

Even though I was the one who made an error picking up a click and collect (didn't check the item before leaving the store) the staff made no fuss and helped me collect the right item. I definitely recommend this store

Use to love shopping here. I buy tech and games frequently and jb hi fi is my go to, but the new manager made me super uncomfortable. Not sure if it’s because i’m a young female and that i dress very casually or that he’s a very by the book kinda guy. Won’t be going back to the westlakes store anymore.
