We were served by Maddie, she was so wonderful and was literally the nicest person I have ever been served by. We didn’t know what to order and she was so helpful with helping us decide and we absolutely loved what she recommended. She deserves a pay rise!!

Dining at Betty’s Burgers at the Sunshine Plaza is always a wonderful delight! Tonight I decided to try their vegan patty and surprisingly it was super delicious! No matter if it’s meat, chicken or anything in between, the burgers and sides are incredible, especially their desserts for my sweet tooth. Although all the staff are super kind and helpful, Shayla who served me tonight did such a wonderful job! Shayla helped me decide on choosing between meals and was super attentive and knowledgeable when I asked about how the food tastes. Can’t wait to come back next time and I’d love to continue seeing Shayla doing super well in the venue. Keep it up Betty’s Burgers, you’re doing great!

The wait is fine I guess as it took nearly half an hour for 2 burgers. The staff are nice and efficient. Very welcoming. There’s a lot of choices for everyone even a vegan option. The patty of the burgers I got is a bit soggy and sad but the inside is fine. The chips were warm but still feel like they’re a bit undercooked the onion rings are fine for what you pay for but so far it was an experience. Would come back again.

2 stars because when we actually get what we ordered it is good. My partner and I used to love Betty’s but now, everytime we order there is something missing. Considering how expensive it is to add extras it would be useful if what we actually paid for came with our order. I think we are owed about 40 dollars worth of sauce, at least. Tonight I received a burger with a piece of chicken half the size of the burger, no cheese, no sauce and brown lettuce. Read your dockets.

My friend and I sometimes come down to have some good burgers. Betty's burgers always has such a good vibe and atmosphere to it. We always have the crispy chicken burgers as they are the best! The onions rings were fine, although they were greasy and wasn't as crispy. The fries were sorta like the macca's fries, but better. For a chocoholic, i really enjoyed my chocolate thick shake. I love sweet, rich chocolate flavours and this drink satisfied me.Overall, the price may be a bit pricey. We still enjoyed our burgers and will be coming back again.

I got a chicken burger without lettuce. It took a long time for one burger but if they were cooking it from fresh then I suppose half hour isn't unreasonable. The burger tasted nice. I think $16.50 is expensive for one little burger. I left the place still hungry.

Omg the classic and all the beef ones are delicious but the staff are kinda just wanting to get out of there but overall they all have happy smiles and are very nice. Atmosphere is nice I like the early nineties style or eightes but yeah overall 9.5/10
