After 20 years not dealing with Centrelink, I wasn't sure how this visit would go, as back in the day it was a pretty hellish experience. Long wait times and terrible, terrible service.What a difference 20 years makes!The lady I spoke to as I came in was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful and sorted everything without fuss and I was in and out in 10 minutes. Great stuff Seymour Centrelink!

Parking is good. The staff are always professional and supportive. For some reason I had to make an appointment despite the place being empty of customers.

Excellent federal government office. Extremely good customer friendly staff assisting all the clients from different parts of the suburb. Easily accessible to all the cars as it close to the road. Very close to Seymour Railway Station. Good place for wheelchair bound visitors. The wait time is a bit too long.

My first visit to Centrelink and I must say it was beyond my expectation, staff were most helpful and kind. They filled all the forms for me, I am helpless with the computers, without any problems at all.True public servants.
