The Shower Repair Centre

After months of not being able to use the shower, following bathroom renovations, I wasn't sure how to deal with my failed waterproofing problem.I tried Google in finding and arranging someone to finally come over and fix my shower problem.However, after 2 failed attempts, I was losing faith, until I tried reaching through to the Shower Repair Centre that afternoon, and they made the entire exercise so easy.They literally came over, bright and early, the next morning and restored my shower problem back to New again.They quoted me the average price for the job and what I found attractive was the 2 year warranty.Definitely have no problems in recommending them for the job.Many thanks,Marc and Beth

Extremely rude and unprofessional employee walking into my home. ZERO customer service or people skills. Making jokes at my expense. Thinking it’s funny that I wasn’t aware he was coming as he was suppose to call me on approach as I work from home and I am on work calls a lot. He made multiple comments that were out of line. Before asking him to leave.I’m heavily pregnant and due to give birth within the week. This company is not welcome back to my home.Not even able to contact this company to leave a complaint. From booking a quote without my knowledge through strata apparently only to find out at 5.30pm the night before the quote was supposed to go ahead. This company really needs to re assess the level of customer service.

I was extremely happy with the service & workmanship of those who worked on our shower area. It was a tricky space but they did an outstanding job! So very happy

The team member explained what he was going to do and answered all of my questions with patience. I had 2 showers that needed doing, primarily because the grout was in bad shape due to age and use. The end result looks great and hopefully the mold won't return although in a couple of the usual places it is trying to.

Don't use this company for leaking shower. They say they can fix it then after trying to fix twice still leaking. The help in the office will tell you it can be fixed. Then they will only give you aportion of your money back, saying any excuse as to why they won't give you a full refund

The sealing on my shower floor was disintegrating after 20 years of good use. The Shower Centre guys came in to reseal it this week. The shower floor was stripped back, re-cemented, resealed, retiled and the grouting all redone. The Shower Repair Centre has done an excellent job. Xiong did the first three days' work then Karl came in today to do the grouting. They were both skilled, diligent and they left the bathroom spotlessly clean at the end of each day's work. I was very impressed with their work.

Anthony and Liam came to inspect a problem in my shower. They found the problem, quoted a price and were able to fix it straight away for me. So impressed with the whole service. Would definitely recommend this company.
