Brilliant technician.First time in years found a vein in arm to extract enough for all 8 viales.In the past some have looked at my arm as a challenge and I leave with my arm feeling like a pin cushion and still resorted extracting from back of hand , hence scared with brown blotches.Please give her 5 stars Extraordinary!Margaret FortPs I wished she had worn a name badge so I could name her. The Phlebotomist on Friday when I was at Wembley Downs Collection centre was professional, skilled, knowledgeable, thorough and friendly. She was a pleasure to deal with. She had a lovely smile and I felt at ease in her room.
