We stayed here on the weekend just gone on a powered site. We have stayed here quite a few times since moving up to Port Macquarie and staff were always friendly now not as friendly. The amenities were very untidy, toilets were overflowing with toilet paper not as clean as they used to be. We were regulars but not so sure now. Absolutely terrible that you have to pay the full price when booking accommodation used to pay one night's stay. How times have changed.

Family Reunion 2023 was fabulous. We had an ensuite site and the amenities were pristine. Site was neat and tidy. Facilities wonderful for all our little people in the family. The big people enjoyed the weekend immensely.

Smugglers Cove Caravan Park is absolutely spectacular! My kids and I had an amazing time exploring all the activities available on site. From the waterpark to the mini-golf course, we were never bored for a moment. What stood out the most was the incredible variety of activities available specifically for kids. My little ones were able to spend hours in the playground, in the pool and the river. And as a parent, it was a huge relief knowing they were safe and having fun under the watchful eye of the friendly staff. The highlight of our stay had to be the evening entertainment, where the whole family could gather around for movies, games, and even a fire pit for roasting marshmallows.Overall, I would highly recommend Smugglers Cove Caravan Park to any families looking for a fun and stress-free holiday destination. The kids will love it, and so will you!

We arrived when we said we would and couldn’t get the keys out of the locked box as we were given the wrong code… so went to the cabin finally and walked in to an oven….air con was useless.. I decided to use a fan in the cupboard…. It didn’t have a front grill on it, come on it only cost $14 for a new fan…then trying to use the toilet was another joke, to use it you had to sit sideways as the sink was too close so no room for legs… come on smugglers, get your act together, the place it the pits

Not a pleasant experience. Bad customer service (under bad management), cold showers, overflowing toilets, overpriced.Firstly, we weren’t told until arrival that I could not take my car inside (my partner and I met up at the campsite so both drove). This wouldn’t normally bother me however I had just purchased a new car, seen multiple cars jacked up with their tyres stolen and windows smashed on the way in, and there was no street parking anywhere close due to being over new years. I offered any amount of money including paying for an extra site just to keep my car on. Lady I spoke to refused to do anything and called the manager who did the same. What bothers me most is that there was more than enough room for my car to fit on the site we paid for as we only had a rooftop tent and kids swag (picture included to show how easily my car could have fit) but the lady was so rude and management wouldn’t budge at all even though whilst I was standing there talking, a couple of people tailgated in, there were MULTIPLE other sites with a combination of multiple cars, trailers, boats, caravans, but it was not at all possible for my little car to be allowed inside.Showers were freezing cold and in such gross conditions. Toilets were even worse with only 1 toilet available at the amenities block closest to us, as the others were overflowing and had wee and toilet paper all over the floor. On top of this, I understand it was busy due to New Years but campsites are so squished together that I woke up at 1am to a fellow camper vomiting at the bottom of our rooftop tent ladder.

First time staying here, and the kids had an absolute ball. There are plenty of activities to occupy the kids within the park, including multiple pools with slides etc, basketball court, soccer ground, movies nightly, train rides, and other activities throughout the day.Staff were friendly and helpful, and the park is in a good location close to many different amenities. Will definitely be back here again.

Spent a week in the caravan park, it’s great! Staff are friendly, amenities are clean and hygienic. We are frequent visitors through out the year. This year will be our 12th year relaxing at Smugglers Cove! :)

Never fails to disappoint. We stay in the pet friendly cabins when we visit. Air con on for our arrival. Clean and tidy cabin. Pools kept clean. Grounds well maintained. Friendly staff who inforce the rules of the place. No helmet no ride. Still have the famous tractor ride at 50c a person. (6 years and still doing it).We will be back yet again.Pet friendly is awsome. If this stopped so would we.Highly recommend Smugglers cove
