Wideline Windows & Doors

I would not deal with this company. They cost our project us weeks in delays and impacted on the progress of the whole refurbishment. We paid a deposit but after 6 weeks still no windows or doors, chasing up without any responses except lies and false promises. We waited months for installation. A classic case of taking money on one hand and using it for other jobs, eventually it has to catch up. There are many other more reputable companies out there with the same products. Buyer beware!!!

After being recommended by a friend who used Vision 3 for their new build, I went in and met with the team to discuss my options whilst doing a renovation. They were open, honest and extremely helpful from the outset and I have nothing but praise for them.They worked closely with our builder and together they made a professional team who got everything installed in time and within our budget.

I would like to thank all the Team in Vision3 for a brilliant job in my house in Narrabeen. Great service, the windows were exactly what was specified and recommended, in time and for the price we previously agreed. I will recommend you guys to all my friends.All the best!

We have had a really unpleasant experience with this company for the past few months. If you, like me, are trying to find reviews on local businesses before you use them, you know there is very little feedback available.In short, my advise is to go with a company who will supply and install your windows and doors. Yes - it will cost more, but you should have some comeback if there is a problem.Vision 3 only supply - we had to source a builder to install. He has had to come back to resolve the problem of the leaking doors because Vision 3 refused to accept responsibility - despite the owner measuring them...We went with Vision 3 as they were substantially cheaper than other quotes and we have a 4 level house to renovate with new windows and doors throughout. This was stage one. We are now going with another company for the rest... a local one who do not require full payment up-front...this gives me peace of mind, should there be a problem.The owner of Vision3 was charming at the outset, however, we were required to pay upfront prior to delivery (early December) and since then no-one has been interested in taking responsibility for the problems - and believe me, I have had constant dealings with just about everyone in the office since then - as I have been passed from one to the other. Many phone calls and emails have been ignored.The main issues: The doors were incorrectly measured so did not fit - they are on a balcony and leaked when it rained. The flyscreens for the doors were really badly made and were warped. Some doors and windows didn't slide smoothly. Paintwork was not properly finished. Paintwork on the doors was damaged on delivery. We were not given keys for the windows - it took 3 weeks for Omar to arrange to have them dropped in my letterbox.In December, Omar said the issues were because they had used another supplier" in the busy run-up to Christmas and he would fix it asap. Vision 3 window systems is a good company. They have replaced 14 windows and 3 sliding doors for our house last month. All of them are delivered on time and finished installation in 7 days. We are very happy with their work. Many thanks to Rep. Scott and installer Bruce.

Vision 3 window systems have been a huge disappointment due to their appalling failure to supply and complete the job on time. There has been mistake after mistake in providing and installing the 9 windows / doors in the refit to our house.I spent plenty of time trying to ensure that I understood the acoustic products we wanted and that the plans which Omar Rutherford sent to me were correct.In regard to the installation, I emphasized the fact that my wife was going into hospital for a knee replacement and the installation date was delayed until November 15 th, 2018 so that installation would be completed whilst she was in hospital for 5 days. I was told by Omar that this would be fine.Some items were never delivered on the first delivery- notable the glass for the sound out" window-in fact it had never been ordered-delay number 1 and from there it went downhill.The main bathroom window was incorrectly measured by the installer and when reordered by Vision 3

Just completing a full house renovation and so we have had the pleasure of dealing with many, may suppliers but not only are Widelines products inferior but also the customer service is abysmal. We have been waiting 6 months for known defects and repairs to be completed, 3 months for flyscreens and general maintenance to be installed/completed. But to make it worse, some of the products were not even as per what we ordered. I would advise anyone considering these guys the seriously think again and go elsewhere....honestly the worst decision we have made!!!

Ordered windows for my extension and renovation. Nothing was a problem. Was delivered on time and in full with no hassles. There was a problem with a couple of the windows in relation to the glass. This was addressed quickly by their very capable staff and rectified. I highly recommend Vision 3.

I have used vision 3 windows on a few projects big and small over the past few years with no issues in product or customer service.I've delt one on one with Omar and if I've had any issues with the product of service he has resolved them promptly and to me satisfaction.Good product, good service see you on the next project...

The windows are of good quality, but what really prompted me to give them a 5 stars rate was the impeccable installation. For anybody thinking of ordering from Vision3, I would suggest you ask for Bruce to install your windows/doors. I Could not be happier. However, I was not so happy with Vision3 when they required total payment 1 week before the goods were ready. I think it is fair to ask for a big deposit, but full payment for goods one week before delivery? a bit too much, in my opinion.
