This isn't so specific to Ipswich I guess, but my experience in general. Found out about Hays from a family friend who knew I was looking for work. The girl I've been communicating with has been amazing. She's made the job search process way less stressful and got me a job in less than a week. Would love to put in a formal compliment about her. She's been super patient, friendly, and accommodating. Very happy with my experience so far. Highly recommend.

Hays are rude, Unprofessional, No communication, Poor pay, Lied in job description, Full of liers, Greedy to get you on site so they get there commission even if you don't fill out all your forms to get payed properly , Full of excuses and they will blame you even if your not at fault, Poor management and poor communication , All in all , AVOID THESE LYING MONEY HUNGRY COMMISION FEED SALESPEOPLE AT ALL COSTS!

My son & Daughter in law registered with Hays in Ipswich, what a lazy bunch of people they are. My son put in his resume, rang everyday for the first week, they never returned phone calls or got in touch. Three weeks later still nothing. What's the go, as I thought you where supposed to help people find employment. Might as well do it ourselves.
