One Of the worst Experiances Ive Ever hadWent to Return a Shaver Had a broken Button -5 months oldWas Told by the Girls there That it couldnt Be Sent back Without the Charger , I said how does the Charger fix the Broken button .Then brought the charger in And was told cannot send it back becouse the Case is not there . AN ABSOLUTE DISGRACE OF A STORE . AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A JOKEThis is all after i Purchased a brand new one the week beforeBecouse I didnt know if i could find the receIpt . Then i found it !WARRANTEES AT THIS SHOP ON THESE PRODUCTS ARE Fasle Advertising

A BIG thanks to the two lovely ladies at the Geelong Shaver shop store.My daughter and myself struggled to fix our pooches shaver! Tanya came to our rescue, persisted until it worked.Both ladies were so very helpful and didn't give up or send me off to struggle to fix my issue (which happened in another store)!. The staff (Sue) in here kicked my autistic brother out because he likes to browse the shop and told him to only come in with a carer" or "friend". if that's not discrimination/ableism i don't know what is."
