I believe I was racially profiled at this store today. Staffs are horrible. Make sure you don't have any make-up in your bag unless you carry a receipt at all times even if it's a few months old because they might think you stole it and embarrass you infront of other customers. A white lady walked out and there machine starts beeping, I didn't see them checking her bags. Just because im a dark skin lady, i automatically become a theif, right craigieburn Priceline? Never going back there again. You don't even deserve 1 star.

This shop is plastered with LNP/Pharmacy guild propaganda about medicine changes. Pharmacies with these signs care more about getting people in the store for profits over helping people on long term medication.

I was browsing the aisles and one rude service staff walked past, asked me how I was really loud and did not even bother to look at me or stop to ask if I needed assistance. Wearing a black ponytail, she kept walking off.Service staff are not helpful here because you will find them talking across aisles and neglecting customers who need assistance.That type of attitude is not fit for a Priceline staff. Will not go to this Craigieburn store again!!!

I'm looked after very well, the pharmacist makes time & answers any questions I have, especially about vaccines, the staff are respectful,& patient with me, so I'm happy to wait to be served sometimes, they are very busy. Keep up the great work

Ziggy the pharmacist is the best. I’m beyond appreciative of his assistance tonight dispensing medication for my daughter. There is no doubt he values his customers well-being and will go above and beyond to provide an excellent service.

The lack of information and level of deception of this store is nothing short of OPPORTUNISTIC. DO NOT GO HERE FOR VACCINES THAT THE GOVERNMENT PAY THEM TO DO IT. They charge you an extra fee and profit off a service they are already being paid to do. When you ring to clarify the injection is free they lie and tell you it’s absolutely free only to arrive and be told about their “ADMINISTRATION FEE”. Disgusting

Absolutely amazing costumer service. Ordered online for a click and collect and I wasn’t able to pick up my order due the birth of my daughter and the team dropped off my order to my house which was 26km away. Thank you so much and much appreciated for my order and a very happy costumer.
