Complementary Compounding Services

Very poor customer services. I ordered eyes drop for my daughter, paid on Monday. Sent out on Wednesday with no tracking number provided. Monday still not receive eyes drop so I rang them to find out if the eyedrop sent.The girl know Australia post is delayed so I told her shouldn't send mid week unless Australia post guarantee delivery next day.This parcel now sit in some delivery Van or depot somewhere with the hot temperature 30c to 40c. The eyedrop is no good.She just turn off my phone while I try to explain to her.I wish you should train these staffs with professional manner and use of these medication.

Not great communication. Bottle was leaking and no instructions for use or risk to pets for external medication.

So far I have found dealing with this Pharmacy extremely lacking in their communication. Order prescription on the 1/06/2020, I received a call the next day that delay was three weeks and testing two so to call back in a few weeks to pay. I did this to find out that they only test once payment was made (order placed). Now why not communicate this when you first receive the Prescription? Now its going to take another three weeks to dispatch. If your medication is critical I suggest avoid dealing with this pharmacy.

I suffered debilitating chronic fatigue for many years and during that time I would have spent thousands of dollars on doctors and other natural health practitioners, only to face another disappointing outcome. I felt helpless, frustrated, angry and sick and tired of feeling sick and tired!! I then contacted complementary Compounding and Dr Michael Serafin suggested specific female hormone profile test and complete Thyroid panel. They are some specific blood and saliva tests that an ordinary doctor will not have knowledge about and will send you out the door if you even mention it!! Today, I am on the road to recovery and have my energy back and life is looking bright once again. I am ever so grateful.

I am shocked to deal with this Pharmacy. I have ordered eyedrop from Complementary Compounding Services back in October/November last year. There was miscommunication to cause some delay in my order. Unfortunately I had to cancel my order as the eyedrop I had expired already. Now I have tried to ordered the eyedrop again from this company and I have been refused to order.I have reported this company to ACCC and fair trading. As a mother of 2 young kids and worried about their eyes, the customers services from this company is terrible. I wasn't rude at all, actually the receptionist was very rude. I wasn't going to make any subjective comments on my experience. I am very disappointed about this owners comments, the comments is false allegation. I won't recommend anyone who has young kids to risk your kids eyes with this company who doesn’t care about their patient. Please refer to other customers’ review and comments, I am not surprised that lots of them have similar experiences as mine!

I have been a customer of CCS since 2002 recommended by my Endocrinologist in Sydney. Since then, from time to time, I have changed to other compounding chemist as different Dr have their own preference of compounding services. But each time I return to CCS, due to the quality of their product and price. They honestly have the best quality and price and I have tried probably another 8-10 other Compounding Chemist since 2002. Dr Serafin is very innovative, he often has products that other compounding chemist do not have. And I also find out in the past 20 years, he is a person of integrity, he tries to keep his price down, so it is affordable to everybody. Making money is not his first priority, he genuinely wants to make a different to others' lives.I trust Dr Serafin and CCS implicitly. I will not order from anywhere else if they have the product I needed.I saw the other reviews and I want to balance it, as some people are so difficult to please. Due to their high demand, they can be VERY busy and run off the feet. So give them some slack. Thank you Dr Serafin and CCS, for your 20 years of service to me, you are simply the best in this industry.

Zero customer service, bought expensive supplements . Paid for shipping cold .arrived hot and unsafe to consume . Refused to refund me against their guarantee 7 days replacement or refund on website. I have been their customer for 2 years . This is the worst online shopping experience I have ever experienced. Don’t ever buy anything from this company.
