Never actually stepped inside, as I found this out while waiting 25+ minutes in the queue, but would warn people that this Post Office does not take Passport Photos, yet they do Passport renewals. One has to traipse back to the Kensington Post Office on Macaulay Road (they don't process Passport applications) and then hike back again to Flemington. Very frustrating, especially when you're trying to get this done on a work day.

The Post Office company needs to seriously train these staffs with their customer service and behaviour. They are very rude , keep shouting, giving a negative attitude which is likely to be a harassment every single time I enter the branch. This is the only local post office and its services need to be seriously improved!

Rude, impatient and unorganised.Went to collect a parcel with a collection card and got sent off by the lady rudely. Went there second time and got blamed by her for her failing to read the address which clearly written on the card for no reason.Would not go there if I had the choice.

The short brown haired ladies were unwelcoming and used a very patronising tone of voice with me. The one that is middle aged even made a snide joke about my request. I wish more compassionate people worked at this post office and that respecting customers was apart of the job... I recommend going somewhere else.

The two rude middle aged brown haired ladies that work behind the counter is the reason why I don’t get my parcels to be sent to this post office anymore but to a different post office location. Last time I’ve been there was in late 2020. I have already made a complaint about them twice to auspost like last year and late 2020 though but I seriously wish these ladies were already fired

I lost many items by shopping online, So Many times I have to request a refund from the store. Because the items were not received on the day they were supposed to Because when I asked to check at this post office, The old woman’s staff shouted, shouted and fiercely face, She refused to check for me, and She strongly couldn't help. It made me to think. Can't help thinking! Not just without good service and good manners But she might have taken mine items?!?!????

The staff here is rude, especially one in particular. (You know who you are) I dread going here when things get dropped off.The store hours do not make sense. Closes at 5pm and closed on weekends too AND closed during the day for over an hour for lunch. (Maybe hire more people? Or do not go on lunch all at the same time?)So if you have a job, they make sure you won’t be able to pick up your packages. And if you do end up making it within their short hours of work, they make sure it’s an unpleasant experience. Avoid if you can.
