Keystar Volkswagen and Jeep Service Centre Kippa-Ring

To be fair it was a poor decision from my end to proceed with the Kippa-Ring store after reading the bad reviews but I was hopeful that you get what you pay for as it's not a cheap service so surely the quality is adequate.My Jeep went in with a transmission error once I was successfully booked in after being transferred 6 times. When the tech located the car they didn't actually have the booking but regardless after number of days they did fix the transmission. What I receive as a special little gift" was a damaged leather door lining which they want nothing to do with & the managers exact word to me were "I need you to come in so I take a look at YOU

Had a 100000 KLM service done on my Jeep Cherokee. Found staff were courteous and efficient. I am happy with the work done and the thorough inspection and noting of problems found. Very good experience overall.

Dear Team,I believe we all should use feedback to improve ourselves; this is the intention of this review.First of all, thank you for squeezing me in for a last-minute service appointment. The battery of my car was dying which I communicated when I made the booking.The disappointment occurred when after I paid my bill, I asked about the battery and I was informed that there was NO problem with it.According with Keystar team the battery was tested as part of the regular service.I knew the battery was failing so I asked to get it test in my presence. The team seemed to be annoyed with my request.After testing it, the conclusion was “The car needs a new battery let me get you a quote”. Then, I made a second payment for the battery, and it got installed.You would understand that I left your establishment with a bitter taste. How can you charge for a service that was not performed, I understand the fee involves a lot more than the battery check but this situation opens the window to mistrust.The response from the team was not very approachable perhaps a “guest recovery” attitude and a management presence could be handy.Mistakes happen and I hope this helps you guys to adjust your customer service.

Brandon Friese was the Service Advisor that was looking after me and my vehicle, his professionalism was a great help to me in solving the problems I had with my van. The outcome was a great relief to me. Brandon and his team were fantastic and very professional, I highly recommend Keystar Autoworld Kippa Ring for all of your services. Great job I'll be back for all my services.

Victoria and Brandon looked after me recently. I had my fiat 500 F1FI in for a few issues. I needed to go back a few days later with some issues still to be solved.They looked after me an understood my concerns and frustration.Thank you.I also had my car washed and vacuumed! ❣️

Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish, especially from Branden who went above and beyond in assisting my vehicle and what i required from him. Was constantly kept up to date with progress on status and times. I cannot rat KeyStar Kippa-Ring Service centre high enough, I will definitely been having my vehicle serviced by them from now on.

I am very impressed with the service I received at Keystar Autoworld at Kippa-Ring. For a young individual who doesn’t know much about cars, they explained the issues I had in an easy to understand manner. They were also very flexible with my needs. Brandon looked after me very well. I definitely recommend this service.

Staff are always very rude to me and it all seems to be very unorganised. They tried to charge me for something that was under warranty and when I got my last service it all seemed very rushed- I did not get a clean/ vaccum on my car and I consider that as part of the service as they have done it a few times and that’s the level of standard I want to receive when I’m paying nearly $800 for a service and I’m a returning customer. I shall be going to a different branch from now on.

Thanks to Brandon for getting my leak sorted. He went above and beyond to get it done in a timely fashion and also supplied a replacement car whilst this was done. Highly recommend
