5 stars for Burleigh Skin Doctors. I am a very nervous patient and Dr. Kshama was so patient and caring with me. She thoroughly checked my skin and gave good advice. I will be recommending her to all my friends.

Saw Dr. Tim Ibrahim for a full skin check and found him very thorough and professional. He listened to any concerns I had and took them seriously from the start. Will be recommending friends and family for future skin checks.

To the Practice Manager (Burleigh Heads)I’d like to take this opportunity to thank your team for the incredible service and care that was provided to me today. Starting with the amazing welcome from the receptionist staff, I dealt with Ally she welcomed me with a friendly smile, was very professional and advised me where to sit and Dr Harry would not be long. While I was sat in the waiting area I witnessed the practice nurse acknowledging everyone saying hello including myself while looking for her next patient was very friendly and welcoming. I saw Dr Harry (apologies I don’t have his last name) He was very confident in the way he was talking about my skin which totally put me at ease and asked me at least 3 times if I had any concerns with anything on my skin etc. I was lucky that I had nothing showing as abnormal and he was happy to see me again in 12 months.I would highly recommend this practice especially as they are dedicated just for skin checks & treatment if required.My advice for anyone reading this:-Book yourself in and get yours checked ASAP

I have had excellent care from when I first had my skin checked. I didn't have to wait long at all for an appointment. The lovely Doctor was on time and explained everything. One of my spots was cancer and it was promptly removed. All clear now and hardly noticeable. Staff were friendly, happy and helpful. I truly recommend SunDoctors, Stocklands Burleigh.

Since this clinic has changed to SunDoctors Skin Cancer Clinics, the service and professionalism has exceeded expectations. The doctors are highly experienced and knowledgeable, the clinic looks new and the staff are friendly and helpful. I had a skin cancer removed here last week without any problems. Now that the previous doctors have left, I would highly recommend everyone coming here for a skin check. Very happy

Arrived for my appointment (which had been confirmed that morning via phone call with the receptionist) to be told the wait is 45 mins. Found it extremely rude. A courtesy call to let patients know they are running behind would had been more appropriate. I had other commitments so could not wait therefore the drive to Burleigh and back was a complete waste of time. Wont be returning.

I went for a skin check & Dr Tim was so thorough. He took a biopsy of a mole that looked like any other mole to me but it turned out to be a stage 1 melanoma. I’m only 32 so this took me by surprise. Despite this news, I had a really good experience here! The whole team was wonderful, Tim was so great at explaining everything & I'm so grateful that I came here for my check!

Don’t bother with this place. Customer service is terrible.I booked several months in advance, on the day which would eventually become the public holiday for the Queens Mourning Day.Heard nothing from the clinic even though they had ample time to inform people who had appointments on that day whether they’d be opening or not.I tried calling several times the day before but they didn’t bother answering. I left a voicemail message and they never bothered to call me back.I checked their social media and website, no record of them being closed.I drive to the clinic and all they’ve done is put a sign on the door saying closed today.Poor attempt at a very simple thing called good customer service.I won’t go back and neither should you.
